Depends on on what your perspective of a quality investment is.

NFT was started as to digitize an art piece and give some buyer the ownership of that and is a very noble concept in my opinion. But over the few years, it became a method to turn things of very little significance into huge hype-inspired bubbles.

To me, this sort of marketing of an "asset" raises eyebrows and I dont feel comfortable with it. But dont let my personal feelings change your opinion, which I would like to hear as well.

Many companies are now using NFT as a sort of marketing strategy to market their already saturated products to a niche market that might include crypto enthusiasts. This reminds me of the old days of the ICOs after which they died out. Hence I am very skeptical about the future which seems to have moved from ICOs>Stablecoins>Staking>DeFi>NFT and something new coming next year or so.

yep, since Genesis accept nft as a collateral for loans and there is also NFT's that give you passive income just for hodling.

Seeing this as investment is the worst choice. This can also be easily manipulated when you have invested in the crowded NFT like karafuru or something else. You can't sell your NFT easily even this totally depends on your luck.

I think some considering it as investment already since there are nfts they bought cheap and becoming expensive. Well its quite not sure that nft investment will always secure profit but some made tons of money out of it.

No its not!

Its risky i would say and those things above mentioned are definitely on point.There's no assurance that the said NFT you had bought would really be ending up in fortunes because
it would really vary with the demand and most of the time it would be depending on hype or interest and if you cant see anything that sparks out interest on what you had bought
then dont expect that you could gain something from it.

NFT's are shit most of the time specially those pixelated arts and some sort.Even those images can be seen in google.

I don't think so, NFT is nothing more than a digital collectible where the price is determined by what you like and the price is welcomed by the buyer (personally). NFT also has 0 liquidity, meaning that the NFT you sell is not guaranteed to be sold even at a lower price than other similar NFTs.
You invest in NFT the same as risking your money on the item hoping one day you will find someone with similar tastes.

Just because NFTs are happenings within your country and your circle is onto it, doesn't mean it's a good investment. You should be wary of whether it is a bubble or not, try to learn the concept and the idea of NFT itself. If you think that there is something worth mesmerizing, you should dig deeper in case you want to consider it as an investment. Just don't follow the masses and try to research it on your own.

Yes, if you know what to invest and buy. Because it's not just because a thing is called NFT, it's already good to buy. There are also ugly NFTs that don't have a value and you might buy that if you're looking generally to the NFTs as good investments.

no, NFT is not suitable for investment whatever the reason. NFT is profitable when the NFT is still hype, but when the hype fades the value of the NFT will slowly go down. I'm not very good at researching which NFT is good because for me it's too complicated whether we choose the trend or who is the creator sometimes NFT does return definite returns like many news on twitter I even got NFT from giveaway but it's only worth $50 more it's still difficult to sell but this is not an NFT from the purchase that is invested but the result of some freebies and other airdrops.

So I always pass that I don't know if I never invest in that NFT.

It depends on which NFT project you are choosing since some of it are having a good market movement while the other is just for the sake of money grabbing. So you need to research which NFT is worth it with your hard earned money because a lot of them lately was having a rug pull. The easiest way to scam investors and if you ever bought something that was overpriced expect that already to go down once the huge investors dump all their token and the price would suddenly dip that no matter how long you wait it won't pump back to its original price again since most of them are being hype up that's why the price is pumping.

The hype will be determining whether NFT can be used as investment or not. I meant when you can minting the popular NFT and im sure that this can be used as investment for long term but different story when you are holding unpopular NFT. This will be worthless NFT that will have no value. Using NFT as investment was the worst thing when you are only holding unpopular NFT. I think that overall NFT can't be considered as investment. The history tell us if sometime this can also be manipulated by the whales too.

Totally a high and crazy price but it's being crowded by celebrities so the value has grown up and keeps on going up.

yes I have seen it and received advice from the crypto community it is indeed difficult to make NFT an investment, I can choose another investment that is better

NFT just started trending a couple of years only? There were too many NFT projects that ended in failures. I invested into some projects and it is not really that bad. DYOR is super necessary. Just like crypto currencies that started more than a decade ago, it slowly progressed into something big. I also believe that NFT will continue to grow especially in the gaming industry. There is a lot of potential to be taken advantage. Take for instance, a quality game inspired by DOTA2 and LOL that will share its earnings to its players. Many gamers will surely shift to into it.
