Hello, RollBit do not wan't to withdraw my 32 BTC and saying "THERE IS NO ETA" over 19hrs.
I'm playing in "another" casino from btctalk list and they withdraw me over 3mln in couple of minutes. So i advice all highrollers skip Rollbit.
And, to all, my KYC is approved on rollbit.

The amount you want to withdraw isn't just something too small. Have you considered that?  Their hot wallet might not have enough balance for such amount for withdrawal at the moment or etc. As long that the website is keeping in touch with you for this matter there's no need to worry about they have a reputation to keep with.

If you're worried of btc's volatility why then use a bitcoin related services in the very first place.

That's almost 32 BTC as shown in the image you provided. How long have you waited starting from the time you requested a withdrawal a total of almost 31 BTC?. That's a million dollars as shown in the image so rollbit would have waited for the game provider to verify the bet. I think once that it is verified then rollbit will process the withdrawal that is why there is no ETA for the withdrawal. Well, you can always create a scam accusation if you didn't get paid if yoi really got that BTC out of betting but if it's not then you won't get paid. Also, the amount you requested is not a small amount. Just wait a little bit longer, rollbit is a legit casino and rollbit also have signature campaign running for more than a year.

I am not siding with the casino but as far as I Know, some casinos delay payments if the amount is high(like yours) to check whether there is suspicious activity or something out of the ordinary. I wouldn't even be surprised if they asked you for KYC(if they haven't already). I hope your case gets resolved, 32BTC is a huge amount of money.

This is a large amount of 1.3 million may be the rollbit party needs to verify all their winning bets as @nakamura said so for the OP to wait for this problem can definitely be overcome by them, therefore they will definitely respond to it further.

That's a high amount in today's standards, so probably the casino still doesn't have the funds to cover for your withdrawal. There's a number of reasons I can think of, but the first one that came to mind is them not having enough funds. Keep the threads open and speak to them in their official thread so that everyone can be aware of the situation. It's hard to be told that there isn't an ETA on your withdrawals especially if it's a high amount. It will surely make you think a lot of things.

Honestly if I were you, the first thing I would do is not to put large amounts of btc in any casino. The second is to make withdrawals little by little to see how effective the Btc withdrawal is. You are fishing too much attention with a huge amount of BTC. True or not, based on the conversation you shared, it will take a long time to complete this withdrawal process.

I feel you for this but you need to wait. With that "No ETA" i can only assume that 5 days is already long for this. So give them time, since they give you assurance to withdraw your payment once other matters are confirmed by them. Just to make sure that dont ridicule them over chat as it wont help either.

Op said that his account is in minus meaning it is debited already and only waiting for the withdrawal to be processed completely but that will not be processed sooner as it is not just a small amount. I can only think of that the bankroll doesn't have much (not sure how much rollbit have in their bankroll) money and if rollbit did then processing the withdrawal might cause a big problem in the bankroll which means that it will be a hard time to pay other gamblers as well. If op didn't withdraw the 31 BTC right away then op might get the BTC little by little though it won't be the same amount (withdrawal fee).

You may hope that all sites will give the same service but in fact not all sites can do what you want.
Other sites may send huge withdrawal fast but others site may not do the same for some reasons.

It is understandable if rollbit has no ETA because the one who will verify the bets is the provider, so logically the provider is the one who have the ETA.
For such amount, you may need to wait for few days or even weeks in some other sites.

There is also no maximum withdrawal limit. Even if you want to withdraw $100,000 worth of crypto, Rollbit can process it!

OP, I'm sure if you really have a 32btc balance, Rollbit will process the withdrawal for you, maybe they should evaluate your withdrawal in a few days, because the value and fees are very large to process.


You should not immediately make a 32Btc withdrawal, you should have made an initial $100,000 withdrawal in Btc, so as not to invite suspicion from Rollbit because the withdrawal number is quite large.

Looks like most of the people are replying here without checking the full conversation of the screenshots. Rollbit isn't delaying his withdrawal as the amount is big. Actually they have asked the slots providers to check and verify his (OP's) bets.



I think OP has got some big multiplier and won good amount recently. Maybe Rollbit team has some doubts about his winning and they asked the slot provider to verify his bets. I have read the TOS of Rollbit, there is nothing mentioned about the bets investigation time. Moreover, there is no information on Pragmatic Play providers website about the bet verifier time. It is a *huge* amount that very few sites carry around in their hot wallet - so I'll give Rollbit the benefit of the doubt here.

Besides, this did get resolved quite efficiently even though there was a bit of a delay. It could be a genuine concern on their end for the legitimacy of the bet.

If anything, I think Rollbit has proved themselves to be more trustworthy as a result of this prompt resolution. Kudos to them.

That's just proves that rollbit is a legit casino. I think that the provider did verify it and then rollbit have payed your withdrawal request. Just keep in mind that the amount you did withdraw is not a small amount so it's natural that it will take some time before it is processed. Even if the withdrawal takes longer as you have waited but at least they paid you. How I see this is that they value their reputation that much.
