To my knowledge Rollbit has this rule.

There is also no maximum withdrawal limit. Even if you want to withdraw $100,000 worth of crypto, Rollbit can process it!

OP, I'm sure if you really have a 32btc balance, Rollbit will process the withdrawal for you, maybe they should evaluate your withdrawal in a few days, because the value and fees are very large to process.


You should not immediately make a 32Btc withdrawal, you should have made an initial $100,000 withdrawal in Btc, so as not to invite suspicion from Rollbit because the withdrawal number is quite large.

question for @bigshitroll, can you still cancel the withdrawal, if can cancel the withdrawal and try to make a withdrawal under 32btc eg $100,000.

Looks like most of the people are replying here without checking the full conversation of the screenshots. Rollbit isn't delaying his withdrawal as the amount is big. Actually they have asked the slots providers to check and verify his (OP's) bets.



I think OP has got some big multiplier and won good amount recently. Maybe Rollbit team has some doubts about his winning and they asked the slot provider to verify his bets. I have read the TOS of Rollbit, there is nothing mentioned about the bets investigation time. Moreover, there is no information on Pragmatic Play providers website about the bet verifier time. Hopefully, the game provider will cooperate with Rollbit team within a short time to resolve the issue quickly.

I am not siding with the casino but as far as I Know, some casinos delay payments if the amount is high(like yours) to check whether there is suspicious activity or something out of the ordinary. I wouldn't even be surprised if they asked you for KYC(if they haven't already). I hope your case gets resolved, 32BTC is a huge amount of money.

32 BTC = 1.3M usd amount as of this writing which we know that this isnt something a small amount to be ignored but knowing Rollbit and the popularity and reputation that they have on here then
they wont really be locking or holding something without any valid reason.

It is a *huge* amount that very few sites carry around in their hot wallet - so I'll give Rollbit the benefit of the doubt here.

Besides, this did get resolved quite efficiently even though there was a bit of a delay. It could be a genuine concern on their end for the legitimacy of the bet.

If anything, I think Rollbit has proved themselves to be more trustworthy as a result of this prompt resolution. Kudos to them.

Anyway, congratulations on the wins. Rollbit has gotten another bad reputation on the forum, I can't imagine it being marketing either. If you were going to do something like that to promote a site, you would take a lower amount to keep it more credible. Something like 5000 USD for example. I don't think the user is required to post a hash of the blockchain, that would violate their privacy.

No, OP's story looks genuine and I don't think he is shilling here. If his intention from creating this thread was to shill for Rollbit then he would never ask other members to stop using this casino.
Besides, Rollbit have a good reputation on this forum and they don't need this kind of fake advertisement as they know it will do them more harm than good.

Your money was not harmed nor potentially taken. They just needed to verify your bets so they can process your withdrawal if everything is fine. Rollbit told you that they can't give an ETA to you because it depends on the provider. I'm glad that the issue has been solved, as I knew in the first place that it will be.

Great to hear that rollbit addressed this in a very prompt manner. This is the advantage of playing in a casino with active support and campaign in the forum. If you are playing honestly, you have no worries that people will assist you. And I don't think the casino will ruin their reputation by not giving your honest winnings.
