Please help! Exodus XMR deskop wallet syncing issue

I have sent xmr to wallet, but sync never completes. Says 2min when changing/updating height and never completes, and when i change to 1757335 it goes for days without syncing but says 9hours.. I have latest software. Should i try i custom node?

How should i proceed if i have a medium/low quality connection? Any special height or nod for me to start using this service? Have been trying for over a week now. Cant use mobile and my laptop starts working like crazy when syncing, but never any progress. Have updates software many times and really need your help here, is my money stuck??

My connection is not bad-bad, but is there any trick to this if you dont have wifi or mobile? Have already wasted 1GB in data, i would be so grateful if someone can save me the money and time! Also, i really need the money!

Why not try the Exodus mobile app? It takes less data speed than desktop if I am not wrong and the cause for your problem is your internet connection for sure. I don't know where you're living but you are worried about spending 1GB data? Is that expensive in your country...

If this doesn't help, you should contact support at support@exodus.io. So far I've never used it, looks like syncing is a standard monero wallet issue.

If you want to save bandwidth and fastened the sync process but with reduced privacy, you should try to use Monero lightweight client. Refer to the Monero download page https://www.getmonero.org/downloads/ and make sure you understand any further implications of what you are trying to do.

You can export your Exodus seed phrases onto a wallet like MyMonero. That should make your funds can be used immediately but as I said, it sacrifices your privacy.
