Is dual mining possible on the low range graphic cards like gtx 1060, 1070, 1080 and 1660s? I've tried dual mining only on RTX series not GTX, and if Dual mining can be more profitable to the RTX3 series why not the smaller graphics cards?.

This are not really low range bye the way - old cards yes but not low  Cheesy
Dual mining on this cards is nearly senseless except the 1660s, they have not enough compute power. Example for dual mining eth+ton on 1070 = 24mh eth and 180mh ton. So not worth - old AMD are better for dual mining RX470/570 can do 32mh ETH and 650mh on TON.

It is better to mine Ethereum on GTX 1060, 1070, 1080 video cards. You can try Ethereum + zill, but the profit is not very big and sometimes it is even unprofitable. For example, when there are large commissions in the network. I do not use dual mining on these cards to avoid overheating.

It is possible and the best option is to dual mine with Zilliqa as that is not going to burden your cards that much because with Zilliqa you mine such coin for 1.5 minutes or 1 minutes every hour and then you continue to mine normally only the primary coin.Other algorithms are heavier than Zilliqa but let me remind you of people being extremely rich now the ones who dual mined Decreed in 2016 and kept those,a coin which was 250 USD exactly one year before now and it is now 65 USD,back then it was less than 1 dollar and not that difficult to mine with the RX 470 Gtx 10 series.

In the end dual mining is only a gamble,I miss not to have dual mined decreed back then.

There's no difference, small GPUs have the same issues whether mining one algo or 2.

That will be nearly impossible because they don't have enough power to mine two coins at the same time, leave dual mining for the bigger graphics cards like RTX 2070 super and RTX 30** series, LHR cards are even a better option because they are more profitable for dual mining since their actual power to mine Ethereum algo is locked.
