Communal unrest is on the rise in India.  In India, the minority community is being persecuted every day.  Why the current central government is not taking action against it?

The India central government is very similar to the British common law government in Britain. If Indians would only bring their case in a man-to-man style, the government would have to listen. But Indians are too stuck up in religious law to do anything like that.
