I got an email from activationxbt.com do you know or is it a scam? Thanks

Notification from the security department of Blockchain Support - Team.
You have been contacted by one of our refund agents regarding an account in your name in
our system.
During this information campaign we are contacting all customers who have an account
in our system from November 2011 to March 2022.
The accounts we are contacting in this campaign are accounts whose status is "
Frozen "with no Log-in and Password for various reasons from the system
Blockchain.
There are several factors that could have caused your name to be registered on ours
system but 2 are the ones we are experiencing the most:
1- The account may have been created from your previous online trading experiences or
from any other online investment and the funds have been raised in this portfolio of
Blockchain.
2- In 2011-2016 Bitcoin and Blockchain were everywhere (Commercial, Platforms and everywhere on
Internet) and 30% of our customers signed up without even knowing the results. Different
platforms and different online games were offering free Bitcoins as a promotion / gift it has
made great publicity for this cryptocurrency.
The total balance available in our system is 1.31 BTC.
The amount in EURO is variable based on the movement of the Bitcoin price in real time.
Since your account is locked and its actual status is "Frozen", our department has
provided three suggestions:
1- Deactivate your account and lost funds will no longer be responsible for Blockchain.
2- Reactivate your account and withdraw the total amount directly to your bank account
through the "Refunds Department".
3- Reactivate your account and continue to use it where you can withdraw at any time without
any kind of constraint, or to exchange, transfer from one wallet to another.
To reactivate your account and use your Bitcoins again, you need to show an action
in your Blockchain Wallet by entering a symbolic amount of 1% of the BTC balance
total always with your data accompanied with the necessary documents.
The amount you are transferring into your BTC Wallet,
you can collect it as soon as your case is handed over to the Finance Office.
The wallet will be active instantly in real time and one of our agents will guide you through
the steps that must be performed only by the legitimate holder trying to avoid
any possible error.
After reactivation you will be guided through the Withdrawal Procedures from the "Finance Department"
and you will be able to have the complete services of Blockchain Crypto - Experts.
Attached you will find a screenshot of your Blockchain account directly from the system of the
our security department with confidential information on it. You prefer not to be
shared externally as it contains personal data of the user.
If you would like to initiate the Reactivation Process, you are happy to make an appointment with at least 1
hour in advance and we will arrange to be contacted by one of our Information Agents.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reply to this email and also tell us yours
final decision.

yes, it is a scam. check the quoted part below, they are asking you to deposit 1% of your total balance(that you supposedly have) on their wallet/website. just ignore the email and perhaps inform your friends, family, etc... who are into crypto regarding this email.

Of course it's a scam. You can see it from the domain name - activationxbt.com. Blockchain wouldn't use a different domain name when sending out emails. In today's age, it's easier to consider all emails as scam until proven they aren't. Whenever someone asks you to deposit money or pay something to get a bigger amount, it's a sure sign of a scam. The email is also badly written by a non-English speaker and sound very unprofessional. Delete it and forget about it.
