AISEN A1 Pro cgminer error pow err() in admin panel and not mining at all

Hello,

Below is the whole log downloaded from the miner.

I already:
Opened it up, cleaned it, checked out all cable connections.
Tried using a different internet connection.
Tried resetting it with:
-The reset button pressed for 5, 15 and 30 seconds.
-The IP report and the reset buttons pressed simultaneously (just in case this would do something:)

The miner starts correctly. The coolers start correctly.
None of the 4 boards it has show any lights on as they do when working properly.

There's another miner (an Antminer s19J Pro) working within the exact same electrical connetion and the exact same internet connection and mining to the same account.
The electrical connection was custom made for these two miners having more power than they could require and with electrical stabilizers.

Does anyone have any experience with this issue?
I found no website at all for the miner
I was not able to reset it to factory defaults with what I tried.

I'm open to thoughts and suggestions... anything other than using it as a paper weight since it's not that good looking in a table.

This unit doesn't have a website or support if you have contact where you buy this unit maybe he can able to help you try to ask the seller if he has a firmware of this unit.

But I think your issue is related to PSU, not the firmware but it's worth trying before you decided to go into a hardware issue.
If flashing didn't work try to disassemble the unit and remove all dust and clean them with compressed air(Not too much air pressure just make sure it's enough to remove dust). Then check the terminal for rust and corrosion then clean them with lacquer flo thinner or any cleaner that can remove rust. Then test it again.

The cleaning and terminal check parts are already done... and the seller clearly knows this units are not to be trusted at all (I wish I knew this beforehand:).

I'd love to be able to find a firmware for this miner... that is, one that's trustworthy.
Or at least fully reset this to its factory settings and start over even though I'm sure this will most likely not change anything.
