All the NFT projects that you see in the market, old or new, there is nothing to really determine their value or the fact that NFT is being used effectively to meet certain service needs (here I don't mean art projects because it's complete nonsense in my opinion). And almost all of the seemingly successful projects were in the form of a stroke of luck driven by the delusion that get-rich-quick comes with the new wave.

I don't know what makes you excited about this type of risky investment unless you don't mind losing your money in the hope that you will catch a stroke of luck that most likely won't come.

Well they are priced like that because they have a strong and wealthy community behind them. Have you considered looking what other new projects BAYC holders are currently minting? That at least could give some idea where the smart money is going.

Do NFT tokens have any utility? Of the projects you listed that have already grown, what utility do they represent? NFTs are just collection items, I don't see any utility in them. If you want to invest, don't choose NFT, these tokens tend to depreciate very quickly. Let's say, NFT is very easy to buy, but very hard to sell. Now there is a lull in the altcoin market and a bearish trend is coming, now all these NFT projects can depreciate very quickly.

APE NFT has the future? Lolz. Its just nothing but over hyped icons digitally painted and somehow got viral amongst the rich. Sometimes NFT's are just nothing but boring stuff but few investors keep it so enthusiastic as if its miraculous and then that is the point from where they start to accumulate huge bids on them.

As far as I have nearly possessed anything in the NFT form is few IOT car manager which I sold immediately after getting some profits. The game is all about car races, literally there is nothing but computer simulation and how strong points you have got based on which you will win the game and keep getting this NFT value. You can collect them as NFT and sell it if they are priced high.

In this case, use case is limited to that game only. I have barely seen any project showing interest in real world application. Its just non fungible so it may not have that ability.

Probably OP wanted to be a pioneer investor of a certain NFT project to be able to buy it at the initial price.  We can understand from his point of view that whoever get in first will surely get a better profit.  And at recent time, NFT is still a craze in the market so looking for about to start NFT project is one good move for a short term investment.

Like you rightly said. The good ones right now in the NFT space are very ostentatiously high. And with so many new projects coming out and and all of them bringing out NFT, choosing a quality NFT would be very hard. But I can recommend that their are other ways to make a living from NFT for those very interested in it, some people a taking good, meaningful pictures and they are selling it out as NFT, this is an avenue to explore.

They're overpriced now because they're overhyped and before the price isn't that much. So profit speaking, it's really profitable and looking for one is really like a gem hunting.
It's hard to look for another NFT that will be overpriced as is but we are unsure about the future. Just take the example of the first tweet of Jack Dorsey, bought at millions and only received a bid of 3 digits.

There is no nft project that I follow at the moment. But lately I noticed that big brands like adidas and hyundai have started to issue nft. I think it is useful to follow the NFTs of big brands. Because, as a result, these 2 brands that I mentioned are 2 big companies that have proven themselves in their field. Currently, it is getting whitelist participation. I think it would be useful to at least take something from the airdrops and set it aside.

This is the most difficult thing as what you are looking for was ART NFT with utility which is not exist right now. Bored became good caused by the hype

I can't even mention this. Too many NFT project that was coming but again none of these NFTs have utility. it's very hard to find one that has utility usage. I think that if you need a lot of effort to find this. Majority of NFT like ape NFT was only art NFT and it doesn't have utility usage unlike NFT assets like land or something else.

I think that this gonna be a different case for sure. You have mentioned bored ape yacht which was NFT art. Some people may know if NFTs were just related to the art or some collectibles but in game item has become a different case.

Yeah i saw that too but how long this NFT can be valued totally depends with how long the game can exist in the market. This is pure depend with the hype. It's like when you are seeing it that some old play to earn games that almost dead like skill, PVU and many more have useless NFTs.

NFT's especially these Bored Apes are very expensive because many are willing to pay for the price the seller is asking.

I just don't know what is the use case of these NFT's. They are just random pixelated JPEG's or PNG's that are being sold online and it doesn't have any use case at all. Whenever I'm investing, the use-case of the token/project or in this case NFT is what I always see first.

If you want to buy NFT arts, I'm afraid I don't want to recommend because these don't have any utilities or use case at all. You can't use them to earn something or you can't use them to buy anything etc. Now if you want to invest into NFT project games then there are many out there. Just pick the most popular ones but still do your own research before throwing money.

There are many projects now, so it's hard to select from the good ones that are not yet booming. It's always going to be a moonshot, you know? NFTs are almost always a compelling symbol of superiority or being part of a social club.

The most difficult task that ever happened. Seaching for the next gem in the NFT is so difficult. This is quite different when you are looking for the best ICO or project. NFTs are also very good in this case but this is more rarely if you are searching for the hidden gem int he NFT. This caused by we are rarely seeing NFTs have very good performance like BAYC so expecting the new one to be the same like BAYC was an impossible thing to happen with it.,

NFT projects nowadays are like the ICO in the old days where when they were in the midst of popularity, many projects are emerging to compete with the real ones and the result was a tragedy because investors are confused and doesn't really know which way the real project to invest their money and they often fell to fake projects which failed to reached soft or hard cap and at the end of the day, no one wants to invest again which makes the other legit project to suffer as well. Now what we have is countless NFT project which has the same stories some of them are fakes and all I can say is to be careful not to fall on any of them because if you do so, you will lose all your investment.

I wasn't talking about the fact that they have no use cases, I was talking about their utilitarianism. From the point of view of usefulness, NFTs, in my opinion, do not carry any utility. Games are just an element of entertainment. Games change each other very quickly, so as soon as the game loses popularity, these NFTs that are used in games will also lose popularity. The Game-Fi industry is rapidly developing and is filled with a large number of projects, many of which will soon go into oblivion forever. Do you want to invest in NFT, the value of which depends on the popularity of the game? A dubious investment.
