Yesterday I place a Withdraw order and today when I verify it is still pending. I contacted support and they say:

I'm sorryy for the inconvenience. Usually for now, we won't be having withdrawals in weekend.
So then all pending withdrawals will be processed on Monday 11-12 AM (GMT).

I'm not complaining I will wait until Monday without problems, but just want to share my experience, and if someone will need the signature payment for the weekend just make the withdrawal on Friday

I think this needed to be addressed from the campaign manager in other to avoid user's getting confused or bugging the support center for complaints, once the main issur is addressed here then i think everyone will understand what's going on and how to maintain order than been thrown clueless on the ongoing situation, moreover I don't expect all the signature campaign members to have such experience because they must have been with the list from their end over there, like in my own case i only withdrew the bonus but dont make use of it at all, yet i had to place a bet from my campaign earnings before i could initiated the withdrawal, now it has been on pending almost 24hrs, i believe they are working on improving their service but the CM still need to address the situation ongoing.
