I am a bit confused. Yesterday I had 30$ on my balance. I have placed a bet today and won. That has increased my balance to 42,62$.

Two hours ago I have received 0.00103061 BTC. That is probably my balance on 10/05/2022 23:59, and the amount I have tried to withdraw yesterday. However, on bitlucy.com my balance is still 42,62$ (should be 30 dollars less) and I can bet them.

When I open the BitLucy casino, I see the signature payments as balance on the site (2 weeks' payments). So, in theory, we get double payment. Can you talk with the admins to remove the signature users' balance from the site?

As per the CEO, they have had massive abuse on the no deposit bonus. From 3.5k users to over 21k users in just one day. Over 400 withdrawals and almost all of them are abusing with multi accounting. We have whitelisted many users and all signature campaign participants are on the whitelist too.

This is a sad and bad news but I wonder how could it happen? It seems that their security system needs to be improved/upgraded to avoid such abuse. I wonder how much were lost in those 400+ withdrawals? Expensive lesson learned to a new casino, that's why it is better to have more requirement when casino is offering free bonuses.

Actually, I was one of them   When the campaign ended, I decided to withdraw money and it was mandatory to place a bet in order to withdraw. Once you made the manual payment, I haven't touched a single cent. Though it was a nice experience
