Anyway for me I think to join Doge is only 0.16$ (all time high was 0.73$) And it's backup by Elon Musk.

People are buying for the hope that it will increase more as Elon Musk got a hold of Twitter. Some people are speculating that once acquired, Elon may integrate doge in the platform itself. Thus, increasing the value of doge in the market. That is why, people are buying now before the predicted doge's price increase happens.

He is just another influencer in the internet, and people seemed to be into him a lot of times. A little move and the whole world goes crazy.

However, you have to realize that all of Elon Musk's tweets were a joke that created hype. Musk is a serious businessman and in my opinion the chances of DOGE getting accepted by Twitter are almost zero (at least over the next few years).
