Elon Musk announced Monday that he has acquired Twitter at his offer price of $54.20 a share or about $44 billion, and plans to take the social media platform private. There were more criticism as well as support on acquiring of Twitter. Once after this price of bitcoin have bounced reaching $40150 from the price around $39300. While writing this post the price of bitcoin have crossed $40450. Almost every cryptocurrency on the coinmarketcap have turned green.

For the information of everybody this mean of elon plans to make the company from public traded to private in which it will no longer listed or traded on a any public stock exchange.

Anyway, I see no connection of this with the current good movement of cryptos. As elon and twitter is still bullish for crypto since then.

Please comprehend. I know it already. Im talking about the current news direct connections to bitcoin/~crypto. Not twitter supporting btc or elon for doge or tesla to bitcoin, these are already in the past.

Before this news, twitter and elon is already bullish to bitcoin, and doge. So what's new?

The world is so crazy, that the richest man on Earth is chilling a memecoin. It is very likely that dogecoin will have some twitter integration.

With twitter integration, it is expected to have some development on dogecoin code. I would also say that more people will actually buy dogecoin (to tip more) and so on.

With twitter integration, it is expected to have some development on dogecoin code. I would also say that more people will actually buy dogecoin (to tip more) and so on.

That's a very safe assumption, but I don't think it's anything major at all. People barely tip in the first place even with just USD, what more with a sort of "mid-tier" cryptocurrency. Sure I could see a mid-sized spike up in DOGE tipping after integration, but I expect the usage to be very temporary.

It seems that Twitter board are more friendly with the offer from Elon Musk and they are seriously taken into consideration Elon's offer to sell Twitter. On top of that, it looks like Elon Musk wants to rebuild Twitter for a freedom of speech, at least for now it is what we know.

Doge's price increased sharply after this notice although the market dropped, the doge is up over 18% and is trading at 0,15$. We still don't know if this will be bad or good but he will definitely use Twitter to hype the projects he holds for profit. In the past he always complained about privacy on Twitter because it made him feel uncomfortable not having freedom of speech. Back then, shareholders were said to be very adamant about not letting Twitter fall into the hands of Elon, it is difficult to understand how this deal happened so quickly.

Bitcoin price has been flirting with $40k resistance for a very long time now and when it goes a little below it and then recovers by going a little above it, this weird trend has nothing to do with irrelevant news such as what some billionaire did with some social media platform!

The board has accepted his deal after first rejecting this deal and at valuation of $44 billion and you know the shareholders wants profits and they took it as opportunity on his deal.But as you see he is going to make many changes which he was talking about and turn this social media platform and as doge talks are hyped again.

I don't think that I heard anywhere that Twitter will become subscription only platform, care to share some more info or links about that? Unless you are talking about Twitter Blue that gives some extra features but that thing has been around for months now.

Tipping can change many things. It requires only few updates and patches here and there in the code so that investors and common people can be happy about their holdings. DOGE is one of the coin which is under influence of Elon and it all started with the Twitter only. Since ELON is stuck with the discussion of bitcoin mining and its affect on the environment, DOGE gets the primary place to be used in the Twitter. Apart from this, his already in possession of huge amount of DOGE for SpaceX mission too.

Big surprises ahead, Twitter, DOGE, SpaceX, Elon, People = could burst into new ATH or could go to trash can.

Am I the only one who felt the bile rise in my throat reading crap like "where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated"? I think the other bits are all good -- not to mention now we'll probably finally see actual crypto utility in Twitter, all be it shiba or whatever (damn, more bile rising) -- but no need to precede profit intents with vainglorious claims of importance on behalf of those actually doing something about "humanity".

Big yawn for me. Couldn't care less if Elon buys Twitter or TikTok or more bitcoin.
