Are there two types of Hynix memory? I now have three graphic cards that can't go higher than 22.3MH mining Ethereum and others are doing 25-27MH per second, this graphic cards are gtx 1660 none super or Ti

Gainward GTX 1660 6GB
MSI GTX 1660 6GB

What do you think I can do in this case? Flash latest BIOS maybe?

Ngreedia blocked BIOS flashing from the Pascal generation onwards. You're out of luck unless you're willing to spend weeks reverse-engineering the BIOS dump. Trust me, I went down the rabbit hole to try to overclock my Tesla P100 cards by 30% in order to get 50 Mh on ETH.

Older Ngreedia video cards like the GTX 1060 3GB used to have this issue, too, where most got 22 Mh while others with Micron memory were 18 Mh.

What settings do you use for mining?
Have you tried memory -500? Have you tried increasing the power limit?
Check out this thread, you might find something useful.

Some graphic cards perform worse in mining and there is nothing you can do about it, they are basically going to perform very well in gaming just like other GTX1660, mine is MSI with a Samsung memory and it's doing 25MH, not all Hynix integrated GPUs performs very well on 1660, accept it as it is or sell and buy another.

You can't flash a bios on a 1660 gpu, the only gpu that accepts flashing is 1660super with a Hynix memory, try different combos when overclocking, just because you have other graphic cards like 1660 doesn't mean they will accept the same mem clock and core clock.
