Eco Park Resort Group is to develop a self-sustainable
Eco Resort Park,
that will use natural resources to power most of its infrastructure, and be an example to other resorts and hotels to tokenize their securities and implement blockchain technology into their corporate structure and implement climate change into their business model, meaning you do not need to lose any comfort or style by incorporating
Eco-friendly materials and ways of construction.
While at the same time implementing Blockchain Technology and tokenizing our assets means that as a company we aren’t bound to bank loans or VCs to start our innovative ideas, this changes our growth potential significant, as people will be able to buy in fiat currency as well as in cryptocurrency,
and every asset/ piece/ digital stock they buy in the initial security token offering (STO) will be stored securely in their crypto wallets,
these STs will then represent the official ownership/investment of these investors in the project.

Eco Park will consist of 3 different outdoor pool areas and 1 indoor pool area
with direct access to outside, as well as a Spa & Wellness, which will offer lots of different
treatments, a beauty salon, as well as restaurants, bars, shops, actually more a small commercial center,
that can be accessed by clients or neighbors from the park to enjoy as well, without needing to buy
an entrance ticket to the resort.
We will even provide a small supermarket in the commercial center
to provide our clients with the comfort to stay in the park and not leave the awesome and,
relaxing scenery, as well as providing access for clients or neighbors wanting to enter the supermarket
from outside of the park.
These commercial spaces will be rented out to starting businesses as well as
to young entrepreneurs with a solid business plan, they can even apply for mentoring or advice from our experts.
To these businesses, we will give a discount on the renting price to reduce
monthly costs and that way build their business with more reserves.
The park will feature bungalows, camping, caravan parking spaces, all at economic
prices as well we will provide different prices packages for big families as well as elderly
people and invalid people.
Our bungalows will be designed in a calm but exotic way,
mixed with the Caribbean style and Mediterranean style to give customers, the maximum
comfort and relaxing environment possible, so they can take a breath and enjoy their
well deserved holiday.
The park will be mainly powered by solar panels; windmills
producing electricity, ground filters, producing our wastewater for toilet use, etc...
The garden/landscape will be designed to impose the maximum positive impact on our
climate and set an example for projects we plant or construct in the future.
Plants will be carefully chosen to be able to sustain the extreme heat as well as not attract too much
bothering insects, we will try to create a habitat for certain animals like birds, geckos, etc.
in this way we create a relaxing way for them to and our clients can relax and live in
harmony with some Mediterranean typical animals.
The park will be open not only for clients residing on the property for their holiday but
also for clients wanting to come over for a relaxing day in one of our exotic pools, or a
relaxing massage in our wellness center, we will try to offer something for everybody,
for the little ones we will provide play parks all across the park as well as supervised pools
and supervised events so you can take a few hours for yourself.
We want to try and accommodate around 300 people simultaneously and have a capacity of around 800-1500
people that can enter the park at once. To support our local youth, as well as our tourists
we will open a night/lounge club offering various parties, as well as a roof-top
cocktail/shisha-bar.
Alcohol will not be served at the pool. Any notice of drunk people in
the pool and security will ban you from the property.
This results in losing any right to a refund or taking legal action against TOPVERN SL
(if this is a holder from an ST of the resort, it will first get 2 official warnings before losing all his rights to his ST and all
profits or investments connected to it, any legal action will be settled in the corresponding
courts at the location of the incorporation from ERPG).
This project will roughly create a job for around 100 people before opening our doors,
constructing the project, with expected employees rising to 200+ as the company/resort grows in popularity in the future.
Early investors/holders of our Security Tokens will be able to get a yearly free stay at the
property with access to VIP parts on the property and special events (terms & conditions
apply), as well will they earn an ROI percentage yearly on certain profits of the Resort.
We would like to start taking our first steps before the start of summer, buying and
inspecting the property for further design capabilities and options for the park to stand out even more!
Soon we will release more information about how we will proceed, how the design will
look like, what the ROI will be, what other rewards and bonuses our early bird investors
will gain, Whales/Big investors will be invited to exclusive events/fundraisers hosted on
different high-end locations over Spain, and Europe, as well as having a vote in certain
activity and events we want to or can host on our property.
Currently, we are raising the funds through an ICO on
Pinksale.Finance to get the last part of the initial investment the company needs to start up the STO.
After securing this investment we will be able to start the development of all our documentation
including, white-paper, risk management, tokenomics, legal setup, deployment and launch of
backend and front end office, and around 8 to 12 weeks later we can start issuing and selling
our ST to investors and start raising our capital, and start taking the next steps in drafting
the architectural plans, acquiring the development land, apply for licensing, etc... as well as
secure government grants in for Eco-friendly construction and innovative startups.
