Rumors might rise the price, but to doge use cases actually happening is nothing revolutionary. If we talk about utility, you can already tip with btc and eth on twitter, yet i think that most people haven't even saw that, not to mention use it. And if we talk about visibility pump, Doge is already very known as a cryptocurrency, it has been for so long it's almost boring when it hits the news.

And when it comes to premium accounts in twitter, most users seem to be against it. So they will eventually find another platform if they need to.

We can't deny how influential is Elon Musk but in bringing back Doge again, those rumors remain rumors.

People speculate as to what it is possible to happen as not only once but several times that Elon Musk used Twitter to hype Dogecoin and is really become influential. well, people love twitter, so when Elon Musk mixes that with crypto specifically doge, even people who don't like doge will likely buy doge for twitter use. it will really affect the price of the doge, and maybe it could hit its new ATH. however, depending on the use for doge, if the use is worth it, then it's very good. well, if there is an advertising service on twitter, and the payment is using doge, maybe it will be very good for doge in the future.

IMO, I think all of this is just mere speculation and nothing has been established so far,  I believe it is too early to say that it is going to happen after Elon bought Twitter although anything can happen at the moment, related to that crypto coins (Doge and BTC) in which the Twitter has also a connection because of Elon Musk, and the social media that Elon Musk frequently used to promote Doge and BTC is Twitter but again it remains as speculation till this date so let us wait and see.

Every possibility and speculation can indeed happen within a certain period of time, but it is not an unreasonable speculation because in general Elon Musk is known as the father of Dogecoin and also Tesla in the past so he could do things that benefit him especially for twitter which has become hers now.
