I don't usually listen to other people's opinions of YouTube bloggers, but there is some truth in what he said. Right now altcoins are at the bottom, but bitcoin continues to fall, which reflects worse and worse on altcoins. If bitcoin falls another 30%, it will be a disaster for altcoins. In that case the market will take a long time to recover.

Aren't we there in the mid 2021?
BTC bounce again thinking ATH will be $100K actually but didn't happen. Although I have doubts that this will be going below $30K again. I'm convince the bears are going to sell more when they see the indicators in the charts are also telling them to sell.

The price dip more than 30% the first time it hits 45K+ USD but it recovers quickly on the new ATH and so on. The problem on the current upcoming bearish trend was it keeps coming slowly with consolidation which only means that Bulls is starting to weaken every week. This means for a longer recovery in general market that will suffer huge loss. A quick dump with volume is much faster to recover rather than a slow dump with continuous downtrend for long time frame. I don't believe on youtuber but sometimes its still good to watch them if they are talking with sense.

I think the bear market will be not for long term. Because of Meeting on 5 May about inflation weay see little dump in Bitcoin to 34k $ but not for long term. Analysis show that Bitcoin are ready for long jump. We may see again 45k $ above may. It's all depend upon how market behave. Below chart of one influencers show that Bitcoin can pump soon.

Ain’t a fan of those Youtubers who are doing something like that in their headline or even within their video. If you are in fear of seeing your coins going downhill, it’s better to minimize your losses by converting them to stablecoins until further notice, or until you feel that it’s a good time to buy. But that’s totally up to you. No advice here when it comes to price is perfect because it’s really unpredictable.

Yes, you have probably heard a lot of predictions about the future of BTC that it will drop in a short time and possibly fall to $30,000, but for me personally, a believer in this field, that is not the case the problem is too big as we have also been through periods of bull markets and there are so many opportunities to make money in different investment sectors. After many years in this market, huge losses and gains make me happy and always want to own more BTC and add ETH option in my portfolio, even if it cannot increase quickly, I found myself really grateful for what this market has to offer. As for my personal view on the near-term for the BTC price, I think people are ready for a $2000 increase/decrease range to view this market in a more favorable way for BTC.

Pretty similar to what happened in 2018 but with the upper bottom. No one know whether this was a short term or long term bear market as the market still remain unpredictable for now. Some may say lon but the situation can change drastically to be long term bear. just prepare yourself for the bad thing that can come anytime from the crypto market.

I think it's the right decision to make it a stable coin if you really want to minimize losses,
but again everyone has their own decision,

30k is possible, 20k is possible, even 10k is possible as much as 50k and 100k in the next few months. All of those who tries to estimate what is bitcoin going to do next are fortune-telling type of guys. One is certain. Its not 2018-2019 and we should not explect symilar price action.

1- 2018 dump was afet 100x pump. In 2021 bull run was only a 17x pump
2- In 2018 we did not hit new ATH after 6 months
3- in 2018 we did not have global inflation around 7%
4- in 2018 we did not stand in front of possible WW3

Yes you are right but this is expected for those who have been around for a long time in the crypto space, when a huge all-time high happens a huge all-time low will follow, not instantly but with time, this is what keeps crypto in a good manner and good place to invest money..

may be longer if the world economic situation has not completely recovered. Inflation is very high and there are problems all over the world, this is another reason why bear markets can last longer. and as you said bitcoin reaching 30,000 is still very possible. So brace yourselves, I personally prefer holding stablecoins in the next few months.

I am not sure where the market will head to be honest after the last few months i already tought that the phase of recovery had started again but now it seems like we are going into a new downward phase again after the last week. I don't even wanna look at my portfolio now because it consists mainly of small cap altcoins and as most of you probably know those small projects always suffer the most when a bear market comes. If BTC should really go down to 30k USD then this would mean a price drop of around 25%. If this really happens then i think it is safe to say that small altcoins would probably lose at least 50% of their current value.

No one knows how this is going to stay. But what we're experiencing right now is better than what has happened on 2020 and 2021. Look how much the price of bitcoin on its all time low on those years. And for this year of 2022, we're still on a better low compared to those.
That's why even if we consider this as a bear market, the price of bitcoin is still up and above $30k. A quick reminder that every youtuber tells speculations as what we say that every price is possible for bitcoin, high or low.

Rise and fall has always been a big part of the btc market, if you are holding btc don't panick sell, just be calm and wait it out. You have made reference to 2018/19 bear market and after what happened? Btc came out even stronger.
Same period of bear market is probably happening again and I doubt any analysts can give accurately how low the price can go everything is under probability.
If you are holding some alts you fear might not be able to recover, you should probably consider selling, depending on how serious the team behind the project are working on the project.
Best thing to do with alts if you don't want to sell is stake or farm to accumulate more. Nothing else to do.
