Let’s talk about Primedice

I might be a new user here on this forum, but I am for a long time on primedice. I want to point out some of my experiences here and what I’ve noticed on this website.
Since they opened their new website, primedice is a very bad place to play. This is a bad strategy because if they do this trick here, what assurance I have on their new website? Before I could play for hours and if I was losing, fine, the game was fun. It was a fair exchange and a fair game. Nowadays, with capital you are not allowed to wager. The pairs are not coming anymore,, each time after I raise a bet after 95 or 93, 91, 90, 92, I don’t get any win. So, if I am having a lower number, I get the win only if I lower the bet. Trust me, it’s 99% like this and for a very long, long time. Well, if it’s fair, shouldn’t the numbers be mixed most of time? Shouldn’t the numbers be random and have wins after them after few rounds?
Secondly, if I am close to a next level, there is when you have the worst numbers possible to not enter the new level and receive their little bonus. They give their bonus after your wagering, it’s a trick because they don’t allow you to wager much. Before I could wager even 20 btc in a day, or 10, 5, now, it’s impossible. I see some new users wagering like 20 btc or 10, or more, but I start to think these are the ones that’s they create so like this, people won’t bark too much or ask questions. Also, if you ask too many questions, you are on their black list.
Since their new website is open, primedice is left behind. Their old users are suddenly not important anymore, although because of their old users they had so much success with primedice. Stake won’t be different, they will do the same there because if they do it here, they will also do it there.
99.99, although I don’t play to hunt it, before I could see it so many times but now, it’s barely there. I could see it so much before when I was not hunting this number but now, trust me that it is very rare. I don’t have only one account, I have multiple accounts, and all of them have the same pattern. Unfortunately, it’s like this. In the past, I was scammed at monthly email bonus and even today I haven’t forgot that. To wager 30 btc for 3 days in a row and then to receive only 5 ltc? That was when ltc was half of the price of today. I’ve made appeals like 3 times and even today they haven’t admitted that and only was “please understand that we can’t share our formula”. I let it go, although it wasn’t my fault. I knew the owners will do nothing about it. Since they’ve got many complaints, they fixed that issue but how many have been shut down until they fixed the issue? I was here and I saw that.

Anyway, we all moved on but haven’t forgotten about that and kept playing. Then, stake appears and it got worse here. It’s getting worse here folks and it’s the time to admit that. I think it’s the right time to talk about it loud and clear. I’ve noticed that are many that defend the website(but lost of them work for the website)  and many are afraid to say it loud what’s going on here lately because they don’t want to be called stupid or to look like they complain. Many are misunderstood.
In 2022 to be afraid to talk about our experiences on a website and point out the changes? What’s the point to be a customer if you are afraid to talk when you notice the wrong things? I see many old customers leaving the website and nice customers. They pointed out the wrong things and have been called crazy and others attacked them with words and telling them that they beg or cry or are delusional. They left and more will leave. I said to create a telegram account for primedice users, it was difficult to do that there on PD. Unfortunately, the old customers and I am talking about VIP2+ customers and not the bronze or silver ones who come just to take a bonus or a tip and then cry that the game is unfair, I’m talking about the old customers, the vip ones. They spent money here and they know what I am talking about. I wish to see them back and those good customers who left, I am telling hello to them here and I wish them all the best.

As for others, now you can attack me here for spilling out what I’ve noticed for so long and call me crazy. We aren’t crazy. There are many who share the same experiences and same problems. This is another reason why in some countries the customers are listened.

I'm not sure I understand; maybe I'm missing something...
Indeed, this is the way to gamble - have fun, no matter you're probably losing some money in the process.
But if PD is no longer fun, what keeps you there? I am sure that it's not so hard to find another reputable bitcoin casino/dice site.

Whether they've done something malicious, or they have some bugs, or you're simply less lucky than before, I cannot tell. But for somebody not playing there (for quite some years, actually), this post looks more like bashing/complaining without proof. Yes, I can understand that the situation may be somewhat vague and it may not be easy for you to produce valid proof, but PD is a provably fair casino, getting proof for your claims should be possible.
Of course that without proof people may not believe you or may think that you have a hidden agenda (like promoting somebody else).

This forum is a place of free speech, I don't see why you could not complain. But I will say it again, and try to emphasize it: in 2022, complaining without proof can easily be ignored, attacked and so on.
The problem is not the complaint imho.

I never played on Primedice, but I do played on Stake. I have to disagree with your opinion since you're pretty much want to ruin the reputation of Primedice and Stake without any proof. I have played on Stake, I can say it's one of best casino for high roller with generous bonus.

Everyone has the right to their own opinion. I have no experience with Primedice or Stake, but I've heard a lot about them. The topic is pretty well explained, so let's let the community discuss it. I think it won't be possible to better verify this like the public discussion of people who have experience on both platforms. Of course, your opinion is also important.

Nowadays, where information could be just splattered all over the place in split seconds, it is really important to get your facts straight, hence the provision of evidences whenever there are complaints being raised. It does help in investigating and the complain to be resolved immediately, plus it increases the credibility of the words of the complainant. I think that it would be just to attached proofs whenever complaining so that it won’t be just ”hearsay”, and it is an action that is even in accordance to legal process.

You were talking back and forth in the email, you will need to provide proof which is normally done when you try to accuse a site of doing you wrong. That's how its done or its just going to be your word against their word.

Primedice is one of the oldest dice site in Bitcoin. They have been around long before I was even here. There seem to be no complains and accusation against them really and maybe because they are really managing the dice site well.

You yourself said that you have been gambling on Primedice for a long time, then you complained about some mistakes. If it is indicated to have made a mistake, why not move immediately?

Regarding the same complaint, can you provide us with a collection of these complaints here in great detail and without being verbose?

Nothing forbids you from revealing anything, all are equally given fair liberties. So to take advantage of the freedom to speak the truth, of course there must be incriminating evidence.

I am not a VIP and did not play with a huge bankroll in most of the gambling sites but you may have some good points there like if some VIP are going to give a bad review or point out what's something wrong, some people may attack them but just like what you have said if you find something wrong or something you don't like about the gambling site then why not moved to another one? I usually do that most of the time.
