None. The ethereum killers are already an old legend that is many years old. In so many years, if it were possible, it would have happened, just as the bitcoin killer would have proven itself long ago, if it existed. But Ethereum holds the lead among smart contracts and is unlikely to be displaced by anyone, especially after the introduction of EIP-1559, which made the asset deflationary and attractive for long-term investing. Other smart contract platforms will also do well, but are unlikely to take the No. 1 spot in this ranking.
ethereum killer only a story that never ended and none of them able to totally compete or beat ethereum. Solana which is recognized as ethereum killer have network trouble several times. ethereum with newest update still be best smart contract platform in this market, another platform only give us an alternative with lower transaction fee. this problem will also solved when sharding applied in second version.

Such stories must exist, because it is a form of motivation for projects to kill Ethereum. It may be almost impossible to do, but no one is striving for it, just like trying to move bitcoin out of first place. Solana has good perspectives, I like it, but it also has a lot of problems, it lags a lot. Let's see what will happen with ETH 2.0 when it moves to PoS, if it happens at all. If there is a very strong disunity in the community that doesn't want to accept Ethereum the way it has become, it might be a small chance for other blockchains to gain a little more foothold in the "Ethereum killer" title.

True, as much as they are touted to be the Ehtereum killer, those contract based blockchains can't touch Ethereum at the top.

It's the one and only go to Dapps by some project, but I will admit that they might he switching to other blockchains nevertheless majority are still running under Ethereum. And just like Bitcoin, I don't see anyone topping it in the next 5-10 years.

I'm sure nothing can kill ethereum, ethereum is a big coin and potentially in the future the ethereum coin is worth keeping in the long term.
although now coin bnb appears but coin bnb has not been able to compete with ethereum coins, in other words, ethereum coins have not been able to compete with them.

I think that ethereum could only be killed by its developers and the mistaken decisions they could take or have taken already, however it is unlikely that another coin is going to take that spot by itself without the ethereum developers shooting themselves on their foot, as the advantage that ethereum has over other similar coins is simply too big to ignore, and while other coins have cheaper fees the truth is that most of them will not be able to deal either with the number of transactions made every day on the ethereum blockchain, so while the fees may be cheap now there is no guarantee this is going to continue to be the case in the future.

in your opinion which blockchain could beat the Ethereum ... and why  Huh ?
for me icp Internet Computer (IC) is the world’s first blockchain that is capable of running at web speed at unrestrictive capacities. Built by the DFINITY Foundation, IC aims to recreate the web by supporting smart contract development at scale and changing the way people can interact using web services. It aims to become a ‘world computer’ hosting Web3 dapps, DeFi, games, NFTs, social media, and metaverse used by billions of users. IC also aims to extend the public internet, so that it can be the world’s computing platform, in a decentralized manner. Internet Computer sets to revolutionalize the design of the crypto economy, with an aim to overhaul traditional software services. And thats why ill go for icp.

Unfortunately, such a thing is not possible. At least for now. If you say why; because if ethereum disappears from the market today, hundreds of cryptocurrencies will automatically disappear from this market. Because the majority of existing projects and many new projects that are emerging are coming to the market using the ethereum infrastructure, that is, the ethereum network. Therefore, in the short term, unfortunately, ethereum cannot disappear. It shouldn't be.
It is impossible for this to happen, Ethereum is a stable coin and many new projects that appear using their networks, in terms of the use of Ethereum entering the best categories for now, even long -term even though it is very difficult to get rid of Ethereum in the market, many new projects depend on Ethereum networks , when this is a lot of coins that will be lost in the market, on that basis I think it will never happen, Ethereum is a very strong coin and the potential to develop is far greater
what do you mean Ethereum is a stable coin?

Ethereum has a strong network and marketplace. that's what will make it will always be in the market. Ethereum will not just die unless crypto is no longer in demand by anyone.
if there is a possibility that Ethereum and its blockchain network will stop operating and disappear. I think it will have a huge impact on the crypto market. many projects end up having to move their network to another blockchain. That's a bad possibility, but I'm sure it won't happen even when the gas cost issue isn't resolved.
How come you don't know what stable coins are like?

even though you have described Ethereum very well and perfectly, stable coins are those that are able to survive and are strong in the market, they are hard to die for any reason, because these kinds of coins are strong and can survive in any conditions, the high gas costs of transactions on Ethereum only problematic for people doing small transactions, Ethereum itself is not getting smaller because of this problem, so it has to be separated between the high gas costs and Ethereum's increasingly strong journey in the market

Hard to pick a specific one but any of the major Proof of Stake coins are likely suitors. SOL, ADA, ATOM or XTZ.

Some chance for XRP too. I don't like Ripple but it has had tremendous staying power in the top 10.

It has not been born or only appears in the imaginations of those who are justified in what they think is good without seeing the whole truth unfolding. Many people find it difficult to accept and approach it because of bigotry, even though they know in their hearts that it still exists and that ETH is an irreplaceable part of this space Smiley
Since seeing the emergence and rise of ETH through many ups and downs, its opponent, I see that many people still say that it is not a product that I can only feel for myself. Their opponent is themselves, and there is no connection or comparison, simply the evolution and change over time leads the followers to believe that they are competing with it Smiley

Very good question, Nothing will ever beat Ethereum blockchain, it is very unlikely that this will happen even very difficult to happen, many competitors of this blockchain, but what happens Ethereum is still in the second position.

People know that in the past many of these competing Blockchains appeared and where they disappeared, of course they died and have become trash blockchains, now the new and good Blockhain Projects they may get hype but they won't get to a beating position Ethereum, I believe Ethereum will stay where it is and will always live among the other Altcoins and will remain around as long as cryptocurrencies exist.

Even though now we see that the market is in red or experiencing a bad market, of course Ethereum will still be alive, and of course sooner or later it will experience a greening period or a recovery period like all expectations of people in the cryptocurueency world,

There used to be a few competitors but all of them are dead or about to die right now. For some reason, eth is the only survivor. Binance chain looks like the strongest competitor but as everybody knows, it is not really centralized so they are not in the same league. ADA was hyped too but I don't hear any news about it anymore. Another dead shitcoin...

There have been enough competitors who have tried to beat Ethereum, but all have failed. Because until now there are still many people who use
the Ethereum network, even though they realize that Ethereum has high gas fees. But Ethereum competitors cannot take advantage of
Ethereum's weakness to make the majority of Ethereum users turn to them. However, it is very difficult to beat the popularity of Ethereum until now,
so it must be admitted that Ethereum is still the best. Moreover, the Ethereum development team will not stand by waiting for Ethereum to be defeated
by its competitors. I'm sure Ethereum will fix its weaknesses one by one, therefore it is not an easy thing to beat Ethereum, which is quite experienced
in the crypto world.

maybe only solana that could take etherum market cap and compete head to head, alot project migrate to solana chain and binance smart chain due its cheap transaction fee and transaction speed.another laye1 project failed even ADA postponed launched their smart contract platform.

IMO, I think it's an overrated pronouncement because Im already heard it a couple of years ago, but until now there's no such thing as an Ethereum killer, first, why intended to kill Ethereum it's nonsense because the crypto industry is wide and many fields are not yet fully developed so why focus on killing another Blockchain for what, it's a pathetic because how can you kill a working blockchain that has enjoyed vast support from the crypto communities. the competition might be hot but it doesn't mean that they can easily kill Ethereum without any big reasons.

The real Ethereum killer currently doesn't seem to exist. But if ethereum is caught off guard with its position new generations of blockchain chains are always ready to replace them, they are SOL, BNB, AVAX, MATIC and other blockchain network chain projects. Unfortunately, although there are many who want to replace ethereum, none of them can really replace it, the fact is that ethereum is still widely used by many people with user satisfaction.

none of then could survive for long tem,in middle most of them failed and so many trouble in network. solana and bsc that could eat market share ethereum, anothe project still have no improvement at all. theymust bring breakthrough to break eth dominance.

in your opinion which blockchain could beat the Ethereum ... and why

Over the past time, many new blockchains have already tried to present themselves as Ethereum killers. This is the easiest way to attract the attention of investors. But most users have remained adherents of Ethereum due to its high reliability and the work of the team on the further development of the blockchain.

in your opinion which blockchain could beat the Ethereum ... and why  Huh ?

There used to be a few competitors but all of them are dead or about to die right now. For some reason, eth is the only survivor. Binance chain looks like the strongest competitor but as everybody knows, it is not really centralized so they are not in the same league. ADA was hyped too but I don't hear any news about it anymore. Another dead shitcoin...
it's really hard to find things like this regardless of whether they exist or not every year they always run aground in the middle of the road and even if they still exist it's still quite difficult to do.
BNB is indeed good enough now but if you say they are ETH killers I would prefer to say they are successors because indeed the path they are taking is almost the same as what ETH did and indeed it will not be overstepped for anything
