hello all. i live in a mobile home and i have recently purchased 2 antminer s9 13.5th/s machines. im trying to get 1 machine up and running first and go from there. but im having issues with my breaker tripping because i have to much on it.

i do have the braiins software but i have never used it yet. i read that i could lower the power limit and that might fix my problem.

i am speculating that with lower the power limit it will also lower the th/s which that is fine as well. im not worried about that. i just want to get my machines up and running.

so would that be all i would need to do to change the overall th/s is set my power limit to say 800watts?
could i even lower it to say 4 or 500watts?

If you are going to use BraiinsOS firmware the minimum power limit is 100 you can't able to set it below 100watts.

You can find change it under menu miner>configuration where you can find the auto-tuning and it must be enabled and set the power limit that you like.

Look at the sample image below

I'm not sure but I guess it's around 4 or 6th/s. I suggest you try to boot the BraiinsOS only without flashing the whole control board.

Why not if you want to run it with such a low power limit remove the other hashboard and only run one hashboard?
Or run two hashboard and set it on that power limit.

Whatever value you use, each hashboard will get 1/3 of that. So if you use power limit 300W but there is only 1 hashboard, it will use about 100W.

I have one hashboard running with power limit set to 900W, and its using less than 300W for 4TH/s.
