US Citizen here but im abroad most of the year.  Where im located, i do have a utility bill in my name.

What crypto sportsbooks can i play on?  Remember i played on nitrogensports years ago and it was fine.  But now apparently they don't take US players?  Or is it only US players in the US?  im outside us and thus my ip address would show non us and would not be using a vpn etc.  But do they not allow us citizens so i cant play regardless?  Remember using binance abroad with no issues until they mentioned no us citizens allowed so i then had to withdraw my funds.  Had no issue using binance.com non us site for long time because i only logged in my binance account while abroad.

Are there crypto sportsbooks that do not have KYC or do they all do?  i have no issue with that but again im a us citizen so don't want any issue where a site kyc me and after i send in my usa id, well my utility bill is going to be a different country since well im abroad and you can see it from my ip address.  Heard someone mention nitrogen isn't that reliable anymore?  When did they ban us player?  So us players outside the us is fine?  Know many sites do that kyc thing where they ask for lot of documents only to stall and possibly lie or make new rules up so they won't pay your balance out so like to know this.  Or avoid all crypto sportsbooks?

Sports betting was huge response now a days in casino.Do you know why the sports bet was quite interstiting.It’s purely based on the new period of casino in crypto currency.This era gone mean for the period of crypto currency by the Upcoming economics.You need to check the withdrawal limit in the website and verify it before some investment in the  website.Limit the investment to trade of into gambling sites.

Try BetJa.com they don't ask players for KYC and I think they allow all users from different countries to play in their website, I am not sure but you can double check it by reading their terms and condition or sending them a direct message.

Almost all sports betting  in crypto I think allows  US citizen since they don't ask KYC. There are however states that made betting on sports illegal.  Blocking US citizen to participate is not smart decision for Nitrogensports, it used to be popular here.

US Citizen here but im abroad most of the year.  Where im located, i do have a utility bill in my name.

Maybe if you register from an IP that belongs to a country that blocked by the sportsbetting site so check the TOS before registering. You are not worried submitting KYC anyway.

KYC on crypto casinos has always been a problematic thing. Many platforms claim they won't ask you for it, but if you win a big amount, they reserve the right to do it anyway according to their TOS. Whatever site you decide to use in the end, make sure you read their TOS fully and also take some time to talk with their customer support to explain that you are a US national who lives abroad.

According to a quick google search, here are a few names you can try. I am not recommending any of these platforms, you have to do your own due diligence and check their reputation before you decide if it's ok to trust them with your money.

Are there crypto sportsbooks that do not have KYC or do they all do?
They would all require you, in the end, to submit KYC details afaik. They cover it up by saying that they'd only do KYC "if needed", but in most cases, if not all ,withdrawals (for big wins) would usually be those "if needed" scenarios. In the end, I'd highly suggest that you'd be prepared to submit KYC details whenever you register, whether or not it's immediately needed on registration.

Know many sites do that kyc thing where they ask for lot of documents only to stall and possibly lie or make new rules up so they won't pay your balance out so like to know this.  Or avoid all crypto sportsbooks?
That's for scam casinos imo. Legitimate ones might just really need to take some time before processing the documents you submitted. Maybe wait for a week before submitting a query about the current status, then if it lasts a month, you can probably safely say that the site is a scam.

I think Cloudbet is restricted in US, although I'm not quite certain if it is also prohibited from the US citizens abroad. If the restriction is only for the specific area, perhaps you could try it given that you are not currently inside the zones of restricted places. I think only few places are not allowed to access it. You can check it OP on the internet to verify.

To add, most casinos do not really ask for KYC the first time you're accessing it. Some of them do not really ask for it, but I think there are only a few left of this totally non-kyc casinos. Most of the time, casinos ask for KYC if you'll make a transaction particularly withdrawing to verify your identity and to secure that they are giving the right people the prizes. If you are very much particular with this, you can check the feedbacks of the players to know.

You are right. I just took a look at their TOS and found that you aren't allowed to play on Cloudbet if you are located in the United Stats. When it comes to the OP, that is not the case because he said that he is gambling when not in the USA. He still possesses a US passport though and this should be cleared with the support staff before depositing and money.

Quote
7.1.3. You agree that at all times when using the Website, including making requests for withdrawal or transfers of funds, you are not physically located in any of the following countries:

• the United States of America and its territories;

• United Kingdom;

• China, Macau, Hong Kong SAR;

• Singapore;

There is another way to explain it: As long as you are losing money, no one will ask you who you are or where you reside. If you win big, the casino will become interested if you have broken any of their TOS.

- Check the restricted countries - if allowed at your current location, then even if you are a US citizen, you can freely use the site.

- Check the KYC there - if you can play there without KYC then good.

- Check the part of mandatory KYC in the TOS - something like you will be asked for it in case of big wins.

What to do now? Just play around with something in an amount that is not alarming or will trigger their system.

MOST CRYPTO-SPORTSBOOK DON'T ASK FOR KYC but you have just to play within their terms.

After looking at your question, I had a desire to see if I could find anything by Google search. So I started working according to what I said . Then I saw the kind of websites that are already very much criticized in this forum.  I'm not here to answer your question, I'm here to ask the opposite . I'm actually confused that those who are known as scammers on the forums are on top of the various websites. 1xbit, BitStarz Did they actually correct their mistakes?  Or they  stand top by using money? If so, what steps have been taken in the forum to protect users from scams?

Your IP address is what matters most and not your residency since casino don’t require mandatory KYC to all there players unless you committed a violation to there ToS. If you are just a normal gambler that has a normal bankroll and normal activity, You don’t have to worry about the KYC because there’s no a casino can guess you are from US while using a local IP without VPN. Relax and enjoy!  Wink

I just sent a support ticket to Nitrogen asking if they took US players. They do take US citizens.

It's really hard to tell nor suggest what platforms you could use as an alternative especially if we don't know where u reside currently. But if you could just try and Google your place + a gambling platform's name, you could check whether or not your place is restricted on the platform you might like. Citizenship doesn't evoke you from being WITHIN the place of their restrictions. Hence, either just accept the fact that where you are makes u restricted on accessing some gambling platforms, OR try and seek a platform for yourself.

Wink
This is true, I was able to try using different IP and even if my Citizenship was banned on that site I still able to access even without using a VPN. Since OP is leaving outside the US he should be more concern about where he is right now and know if many site bans that country to play, there’s a lot of good site that didn’t require any KYC, that could be the best option.

^ The ToS is very important to read first before using such a casino because it is usually banned the US citizens abroad and to know that matter, upon picking up such gambling platform, the first page that you must look for is the ToS. I am always afraid to be compromised my account once violated the ToS and even using VPN to mask your IP address location is not an ideal to use in gambling. However, you can find a gambling casino that did not require KYC upon signing up, but make sure it has a good reputation which is a very common problem to anyone.

Bitcoin casino was my opinion to you guys.Being an American citizen,you can participated in many Sports betting sites.But it’s better to analysis the website with respect to the real time play with out any analysis.Since you are developing country,you can easily inverse huge money to get profit.

I don't any relevance of your post to the topic here. Actually the content of your post has zero value at all if you will read and comprehend it again before you submit it. The worst 1xbit poster I read so far in the forum.

OP, You should read always the ToS of the Casino before you jump into conclusion on playing with it. Most of the online casino ban US citizen so it's very risky for you to play without violating the ToS.

I read this article related to your case. Maybe you can start DYOR in this article
https://bitcoincasinotop.com/usa/ but I don't personally recommend so you should DYOR.

Since you aren't worried about submitting your KYC, I suggest investing in any FIAT or crypto sportsbook that doesn't ban US citizens. Many US states have legalized sports betting in recent times which is why I suggested FIAT books too.

Most of these sites won't have issues if you are travelling abroad as long as you submitted your KYC in order to make sure that there isn't anything shady or suspicious going on.

Below links could be helpful op. DYOR!

I'm actually confused that those who are known as scammers on the forums are on top of the various websites. 1xbit, BitStarz Did they actually correct their mistakes?  Or they  stand top by using money? If so, what steps have been taken in the forum to protect users from scams?
That's not surprising, since they put a lot of effort and money into promoting their casinos. They can't rely on word-of-mouth marketing because many of their customers have had negative experiences with them.

The forum hasn't changed its stance on scams and doesn't moderate them. It's your own responsibility to decide what you want to do and who you can trust. We have a trust system where people can write feedback and describe the experiences they had with someone/something. That will always remain a good reference point.

Like banking, I think that most sportbooks would rather avoid dealing with any American's because of all the hassle they can get from the US government otherwise. So as others have stated, you'll have to find one that does not do KYC, which is risky as well because those kind of gambling sites are more prone to disappearing or facing prosecution from various regulators around the world. They're also more likely to have third party services cut off the moment any complaints start coming in, which can affect their operation as well. Binance and cryptocurrency exchanges are altogether different because they're non-gambling along with indepth verification processes.
