Has anyone else had an extremely negative experience with Kriptomat, the Estonian cryptocurrency trading paltform?

You haven't said anything meaningful, so go ahead and tell us about your bad / good experience with the site. I'm not sure if it's good or bad, but based on the reviews I've read, they have a good reputation but sometime reviews can be manipulated.

According to their trustpilot page, they only respond to positive reviews and ignore negative reports against them, despite the fact that there have been two negative reviews against them in the last 24 hours.

Thanks igehhh,  the background to this is that my bank account was linked to Kriptomat and I made a withdrawal of about £400. This was just under a month ago. The payment was by SEPA and shouldn't take more than a day or two. I've contacted them regularly, they are apologetic but I get the feeling I'm being fobbed off, nothing one would think that couldn't be resolved by a straightforward track and trace. I actually really need the money for a trip I had planned and had to cancel due to this so the whole episode has caused me quite a lot of stress. I've been making enquiries legal assistance. Any other ideas of how I can get this back would be very welcome
