why is iphone metamask acct not loading my coins and sending me to metmask app?

hi guys. I have traded many coins in the past but now when I go to buy a coin in pancakeswap it says click to connect and when i do either with the wallet connect or the metmask icon it sends me to the metamask app and then an add? what causes this? I can't add the bnb to buy the coins? thank you.

I am not sure what exactly the problem, I think it is the Metamask app problem. Have you already tried to use the desktop version and use it to buy in Pancakeswap? If you still encounter a problem I think the problem is really with the wallet itself or the Pancakeswap.

Maybe your wallet isnt connected yet thats why there is a prompt to connect om metamask. Its really will tell you like that if its not sync in yet. Maybe thats your problem, I dont know based on my interpretation on your stated problem thats how I understand your question.

Can we ask about your country or what is the IP address you use to access pancakeswap? There is no need to share the data, but if your country is one of the countries on this list^[1], you may need to use VPN.

You will also need to save your wallet seed "make sure they are written," clear the cache and then try again (you may need to restart the phone.)
