There is one thing I have come to understand about gddr6x graphic cards, before the hundred percent LHR unlock came I used to get 58MH on my 3070ti using 176watt and my memory temp is around 86°C max but now that the unlock came out I am getting 82MH and GPU is taking 190watt to run perfectly but the memory temp is 103°C, the higher the watt your gpu is using the higher your mem temp goes.

What is happening is the memory is now being utilized to the max, so the temperature will be higher. This is also why the overall power usage of the card is 14w higher.

or drop the clock a fraction on the ram.

58 and 176

81 and 190

means you could shoot for

75 and 176 by slowly dropping the ram clock

You can either safe more electricity consumption and sacrifice few hashrate or gain highest hashrate using high power consumption, the best result I got here is 78MH using 180watt and my temp is 80insh still, the extra 10watt to be 80MH isn't worth it unless your electricity is nearly free.
