I believe the use of crypto is increasing in betting compare to fiat. But BTC is more used in casinos than than altcoins though., there is just no data about it.

I don't think OP is advertising a gambling site or any site, if you click the link and look at the title of the article you'll see that the OP just copied it. I know it must have been confusing since there is a gambling site called cryptobet.com(which is currently down)

You have to understand that the transfer fee of Bitcoin is very high as compared to other *Altcoins* who have a much lower transfer fee which means the users might save a lot if they are super frequent with gambling as well. I think other that that you must find better sites to actually get into as well. There are certain sites which can give you better options than the site you mentioned is not looking safe and you can also refer to BTCGOSU for further information about the current sites and you can also try playing on the sites which are using tokens perse. There are a lot of places that you can find using ETH but there won't be conversion possible.

I am actually surprised that the market share of cryptocurrency casino is over 35%. I thought those numbers were far lower. I think in the future some of the best fiat casinos and sportsbooks will adopt crypto in order to not lose their customers to other platforms. I read the article shared above, interestingly Ethereum and Litecoin also increased by a few percent. Probably those still gambling with fiat currencies are those who are not into crypto yet, cus I honestly do not understand why people will still gamble with fiat when they can actually do it easily with crypto.
Crypto has made online transactions very easy, most especially in gambling, I personally have never gambled with fiat again ever since I got into crypto.

It isn't that odd to be fair, there are crypto casinos out there that solely accept crypto after all and people are rather accepting of them. It's probably the most successful industry really in terms of considering how Crypto is used as a medium of payment, compared to others that are close to non-existent. There's also the matter that compared to other industries, casinos are the only ones (afaik) that has pretty much created a separate industry for crypto, e.g. crypto casinos and fiat casinos. It wouldn't be odd then to see crypto usage in casinos to grow because of that.

Am not sure what is your motive in this topic mate  , but if you are considering about Altcoins using for gambling ? I am  considering as Gambling  being held using multiple funds , even crypto users are using Fiat at some point because i am also in that matter .

You make it sound like it's difficult to gamble with fiat. It isn't. Fiat casinos and sportsbooks have been around much longer than crypto casinos and they work just the way they are supposed to. I have started gambling on sports before I got interested in Bitcoin and I still do it. I actually prefer losing fiat than BTC, so I play more on traditional platforms. I wager Bitcoins on the things I consider safe bets.

Any computer literate person shouldn't have difficulties making a transaction either to a fiat or a crypto casino. Neither of the two are easier or more difficult than the other.

People tend to embrace new things and using crypto to gamble online is a trend right now and people are noticing how convenient it was too. If I were to pick which one is best, I think online betting or gambling is best when playing online especially if you're just into luck based gambling. The pandemic help this industry to even expand.

The pandemic is another factor that highlights the advantage of crypto via fiat since it has lot of limitation and restrictions when it comes to online gambling. I don't know if we can already say that crypto casino is already gaining more players than fiat without any legit statistics to support but one thing is for sure that crypto casino increase there volume and valuation when pandemic hits so maybe online fiat casino is now starting to slowly adopt crypto.
