I don't think that you can blame Binance though, still up to those projects and it's investors on how their price is going to move, Binance has nothing to do with it.

As far as listing those in their exchange, I mean if they passed the qualifications then why not being listed on them? And there is this so called delisting mechanism put into place, if Binance see that they are scamming then for sure they are going to be delisted anytime soon.

If I should estimate the value in US dollars, when bitcoin got to $48000 in April 2022, Luna reach all-time-high of $115. The price of Luna has been decreasing most among the top 15 cryptocurrencies, Luna dropped to 42nd. Luna should be regarded as a shit coin but Binance listed it because it was not a shit coin before as its marketcap got to over $30 billion but now at $2 billion. A coin with that large marketcap of 2 billion now can not still be regarded as shit coin though but the price dropped significantly.

So sorry OP if you lost some money to this, but it seems like you are you just looking to cast blames and binance is in view. You should have known by now that you can't always bank on altcoins for investment purpose, if you didn't, you do now. Not trying to justify binance, but they can't be blamed if a coin that was doing well and was approved by them for listing suddenly performs poorly.

I know how do you feel by loosing a lot of money. Blaming the exchange site will never help a lot once the market itself will try to determine whether the token must be delisted or not. I believe if the binance team has its o2n qualification to make sure whether they wanna try to delist it or not. I don't see with ANC but most interested discussing with Luna coin as most scammer coins right now drop drastically until 100%, price from 100$ last several days before few hours later drop until $0.67 before little wake up now above $2,7. I don't think with how many people got scam from this coin ever bought on higher price and right now have bad thing see their assets drop drastically. In my opinion, it is important to read the market more accurately. It is mostly about the technical analysis of various indicators such as market depth.
