I read through the Luna tweets, and my heart aches for some of the investors' cries and losses. I was especially heartbroken for an investor who put his family's life savings into Luna and was planning to use some of the profits for his wife's delivery, who is carrying a twin foetus, but now he is unsure where to get the money to pay the bills when the wife is ready to put to bed. This is sad and painful, and I hope we all recover from these unforgettable pains.

A few weeks ago before the great LUNA crash, I was a victim of a malware where 3 of my non-custodial wallets are being drained without the need of a seed phrase to access. Approximately $12k of my assets are drained and I felt that all of the hardwork and sacrifice I have are just vanished into thin air.

But good thing that not all of them are drained because I have spread them out in different wallets while others are already in my hand and bank accounts. I’m just grateful than I have around more than $800 left. I was suppose to have brighter plans, but it was all ruined thanks to that mistake. It’s hard for me to move on, but I am not thinking of giving up or committing suicide because of being a victim of this biggest hack in my whole life.

I remembered the time when I was broke and on my way to have zero money again, but I have managed to get back up and regained all of the losses I have. As I have remembered that, it reminds me that I am now more stronger than who I was before. So I get back up to my feet and remained focus on what I have been doing nowadays, but I am more determined than ever to quickly recover as I have seen the light at the end of the tunnel.

I still have long ways to go to finally recover what was recently lost to me, and I am taking it one day at a time. Our lives are very important. Do not live for money, but live for your life. So there's no enough reason that you allow yourself to suffer just because you are losing. Losses are inevitable in all aspects of investments, so you don't need to blame yourself or other people. And if you lose, i guess you can still do better in the next round and succeed. Suicidal is just a cowardly excuse, and certainly a big sin. If you lose, face it and accept. As long as there is life, you have all the opportunities to succeed so always see the positive side in you.

I'm not going to go into whether they actually committed suicide, and whether it was because of that or not. But there were a lot of posts on reddit from people saying they were contemplating suicide because they had lost everything. As has been commented, it was people who had not respected basic investment rules and had put in money they needed, even taking loans for it or using money from family members without their knowledge.

I also think when we see these things that we have to think beyond the money. These cases I guess are of people who have a shitty life and see getting rich as the only way out of their unhappiness, and they want to do it fast.

There are some losses that cuts too deep in the body, when you found yourself in that state it is easier to think about suicide, believe me I have been there, it is very vital to never rely on a project no matter how decent the project looks, always invest what you willing to lose and don't put all your funds in one basket.

After my experience with Bitcoin ATH of 2017 and it's near demise of 2018/19, I realized why veterans don't really panic whenever there's a Bitcoin dump. It's the experience thing. I've acquired that same mindset too and I'm less concerned with what's happening in the market ATM. I know the crash is momentarily. The market will shake this off and spike to record a fresh ATH. If the bear becomes unbearable, I trade my Bitcoin for a stablecoin and then rebuy at a further fall. That's the simple method there's during a bear season if you can trade. Otherwise, just hodl. Bitcoin will rebound. It won't end in zero.

This is such a relevant topic. Certainly there is nothing more important than life. Financial losses must be a traumatic experience but that is not the end of the world. Our society is wired in a way that we place too much importance on money and financial status. Of course we need money to survive and live a better life but it is not worth losing our life for. Markets will always have ups and downs and every investor should be prepared for that. The unexpected fall in the crypto currency market is disturbing for all of us. I just could not ignore this topic no matter how i tried. why? Its simple...Life is suppose to be lived to the fullest of each individual potential. No matter what the challenges mostly as regards the loss of property, the loss of cash, loss of contract or whatever, it is not enough reason for one to end his/her life. our mental health is important. in this case i wont encourage denial but acceptance and healthy way to manage this loss. even if its not a major loss, accumulation of smaller ones over time can cause some serious damage. we could talk to expertise on the forum on how to manage loss and better ways to reinvest, one should learn how to diversify investment.

It's sad that some people choose to commit suicide because of the downtrend of Luna and UST and it is also sad that these issues will be remembered in the history of cryptocurrency investment.
The popular people are the only ones that managed to maintain their cool because the ordinary people that understand the concept of crypto investment and are mature enough to comprehend it will always maintain their cool no matter the downtrend nature of the market.

Meanwhile, I hope an issue like this won't occur again in the crypto ecosystem but thats if investors manage to do the right thing by understanding the risk involved in the crypto investment and accept the consequence instead of committing suicide.

The financial loss could be recovered at some point of life but taking these wrong steps is really not good move no matter how much depressed we are.This is why it's the market rule that invest only that much amounts that you are willing to loose because we have seen such cases where people become so depressed after losing funds in market that could have negative results as shared in @OP.

People need to realise ending up life is not solution for any problem so be strong and you must stand up against these things strongly.
