RX 5500 xt overclock

I have a MSI Mech 5500 xt 8 gig that I can't seem to properly overclock to save my life. I have it on a rig on HiveOS and everytime I set anything other than 1050 core and 890 memory it crashes.
Can someone give me some decent idea how to overclock this thing?
 I am getting 25MH and it makes me mad I can't maximize my cards lol.

Are you using the 4GB RX 5500XT or the 8GB variants?

Also use GPU-Z to check which Memory chip is installed in the GPU, Micron, Samsung?

Make sure your AMD driver is up to date in hiveOS.

Use different miners but I found Teamred miner to be the best for AMD GPUs.

I had troubles while overclocking RX5500 in Linux-based systems. You can do it with UPP (Uplift Power Play) software. Much easier to use Windows and MorePowerTool (MPT). There is an article about it here: https://www.cryptoprofi.info/?p=7509

Using TRM, latest and updated.  8Gig Micron. Tried Phoenix and NBminer same results. Anything above 890 on Memory it crashes.

The Micron 5500XT are less performing out of the other RX5500XT, I guess no one told you that before buying, the higher I have seen is 27MH sorry pal

950 memory

= 27MH on ETH

If yours cant get over 890 then its your luck....
