USDT TRC20 send to incomplete address

I have invested in a company and when I tried to make 600$ withdrawal my address saved at company profile was incomplete.

Incomplete means the last digit is missing on the address and the withdrawal was pending for a long time but when I contacted to the company suport team

They said they have paid the withdrawal and change the status from pending to complete.

When I checked my account it dont show upon investigation I found that the last digit of address was missing at profile of my company withdrawals account.

Now they say that for recovery of transaction I need to pay 120$ more as charge fee. And when I ask to provide transaction ID even it is a incomplete address they don't allow me that and said its a company policy.

Now any one guide me what to do in this scenario?

2. Who set up your account? did you double check everything before you make the withdrawal

I think its kinda hard to believe that the transaction can be process since its not complete address. Usually its not process when its like this and will just noted as failed. Your money should still be on your account. I dont get the 120$ fee just to recover something isnt loss. Its kinda sound like an extorsion.

Whats the company name? Its probably an exchange.

3. Yes that is why i posted here as if transaction went to wrong address that's another issue but it went to incomplete address so it is possible that the transaction can be successful even its incomplete address.

Exactly that's what I was thinking that if address is incomplete how they can say that it's processed and when ask by me for transaction ID they forced me to pay charge money of 120$ for recovery of transaction.

I suggest following the procedure they say but if they ask to pay a $120 fee make sure there is a guarantee of return to get your money back by contacting the company because if there is a slight error will result in the loss of the value of your investment.

Their is a doubt now in my mind as i deposited 600$ and I tied to withdraw it for 1st time and we assume that I submit incomplete address in profile. The question is either the incomplete address transaction went successfull or not?
Second thing which creates me doubt why they don't send me transaction ID and details so I can check on explorer
And I don't have any guarantee as I don't have any withdrawal from the company.

Yes that is my mistake I was confident that I submit right address but when I check the transaction using transaction address at tron explorer of incomplete address it says no record found.
Now if i post the wrong address here can any senior member check the transaction went successful or not

They assure me that it will take 7 days for recovery process and 120$ is charge fee for that but I am doubt on them

The possibility of getting your fund back is almost zero. What did you expect from someone that may anonymously rob you?

The only thing you can do is to let it be as a lesson and to self-reflect on how the hell you could believe that site, just simply forget the money. There is an index thread that shows topics about how to protect yourself from a scam, I suggest you read those things.

Would you mind showing the transaction link if its okay to you. Are you sure there is a tx link for this? Cause if not then its not an on chain transaction. I dont know why they are asking for fee to you actually since its shpuld not been processed in the first place anyway.

Not allowing to see the transactions to you sounds sketchy and for sure they just scamming you in broad daylight and just want your more money to be handed to them. Don't trust such kind of scam company and putting such risk on withdrawals that asked for huge fees recoveries will make you think straight it is a complete scam.
