Imo the house should be the priority. If you're buying on a mortgage, you'll probably get more equity faster than you would with bitcoin and might have spare cash too to invest later.

I prefer buying a house to live in rather than renting an apartment because I don't have to move to another apartment when the price for renting that apartment goes up. But it will depend on the amount of money I have because I can't buy a house if I don't have a lot of money. Someone may decide to invest on bitcoin rather than house especially newbies could be thinking on that or someone already having comfortable shelter. I think its better to be on the home owner side of property tax hikes, rather than on the renter side. Inflation could cause home values to appreciate, with the property value gains trickling down to home owners. Having some sort of situation where it is clear that we are not going to end up with enough money to make investments both in real estate and in other stuff. I would totally prefer crypto over having houses to rent out, there is no doubt about that. But, bitcoin doesn't allow you to grow the way real estate does, and that is the trouble. You could get a loan for a house and only need like 15% down payment, meaning if you want to buy a 1 million dollar house, you need to spend only 150k, or you could do like 4 houses with 250k worth and have like less than 40k spent on each of them, and you would have to pay very tiny monthly for 30 years.

This option doesn't exist in crypto, you can't just buy 150k worth of bitcoin and get the other 850k worth in a loan and then make an income that will repay itself. Until then, people will prefer real estate.

This was one of the first things that I have done. I still need a better computer but that is about 1k dollars and I do not have that much, the best I could do right now is 500 bucks and unfortunately due to super high taxes (above 200%) in my nation 500 dollars means you are getting something like a 100-150 dollar pc in other nations.

That's a nice idea you got there mate. Indeed it can help us generate passive profits than just simply living on our own house. The profits that we will be getting on that apartment are then going to be used on bitcoin investments. The next few month are so uncertain with rising inflation that it would be much better to protect ourselves by owning our own apartment or house. Like this we could atleast fix out monthly living cost and are not affected by inflation so much. Owning property is a good protection against inflation. Diversify and you should really be that wise when it comes to your money or finances which you shouldnt really that going all in into a particular single point because in case of problems and issues then you would

A bear market is a perfect time to invest. Buying a house can wait a couple of more years but if I miss this bear season this could be my last one. Well, sometimes some things are easier to be said than done. Not everyone is in the same position, and for sure we don't have the same opportunities. As always, the old saying "not everything is for everyone" applies. But one of the common factors for all is certainly renunciation.
