This idea is for Russia's domestic consumption.

Russian propaganda provides simple explanations:

"You dance in high hills -> you are gay",
"You tattoo SS insignia on you -> you are a Nazi.",
"If you have no tattoos -> you still might be a Nazi if you speak Ukrainian.",
"If you fight to defend Ukraine -> you are definitely a Nazi, regardless of your ethnic background", etc.

People who consume this propaganda have an IQ of around 80 so no need to provide reasoning.

The real truth is that the Russian military and Rosguardia are killing all Ukrainians who come into their crosshairs.

Besides, in the top picture, the gal in the right-middle is simply waving to her friend in the apartments that are out of our line of sight to her right. And the guy in the bottom-right who looks like Lenin, is simply showing his looks off for the cameras. And the guy to the right of the Lenin-guy is imitating Dr. Zelenko, and is trying to stop people from getting the vaxx. And the guy in the red and white mask at the far left, is simply trying to put his umbrella down because it stopped raining. And the guy in the far right with what looks like his fist in the air, simply caught the horsefly that was irritating him. And the couple way in back to the left are laughing about how well this staged theatrics are going.

Current Ukraine was a result of  a complex geopolitical, military, ideological and legacy war, which has different players, with different objectives. Russia wants to ensure that NATO doesn't bother it in future. Ukraine wanted to westernize, US wanted to patronize Ukraine and humiliate Russia. West want Russian Gas but not a strong Russia. Democrats want to break the bastion of communism. Common Russians want to stay economically strong. Common Ukrainians want to just stay safe and alive. Putin want power, zelensky want to be remembered as more than a comedian...

I think hawkish approach of Joe Biden administration is the major reason of Ukraine war, first they failed to address Russian security concern through negotiation and later they are consistently failing to stop this war by using strong tools of sanctions which failed to produce any tangible results. US establishment need to understand that they can not unilaterally control the world, new power centers have emerged now. Ukraine war can only stop if Joe Biden and Putin sit together and resolve Ukraine issue through meaningful negotiations.
