When i tried to renew Neoxa Core (Seed Phrase 100% correct)  it created a new address with 0 balance

The developers had a fund raiser and they gather enough money to be listed on https://www.xt.com/

This was about 10 days ago and the listing should be any day now.
After this, there wont be any other listings unless that exchange would reach out to the developers as XT.COM is pretty large and they are happy with it and are now focusing on development, which is going great.

sounds like something else on your computer is already using the port Neoxa wants to listen at.
reboot and only run Neoxa, to begin with, to check

It's been a while since we posted here, so here's a quick update for what's been happening in the last few months:

- Our gaming marketplace is live.  Players can now redeem the Neoxa they earn during play for in-game items.  We also accept Flux, RVN, and other future coins.
- A top 10 exchange will soon be officially announced. 
- A partnership deal + that partner's investment in Neoxa will soon be officially announced
- We're the first Masternode project with assets.  Node testnet scheduled for this week, and expected to launch before the end of March.
