Are the addresses that you're trying to sweep empty or do they still have funds?

Do the private keys that you've extracted start with 5, K or L? What errors did you get when you swept it with Electrum?

Have you tried following the steps outlined in this guide? https://bitcoinelectrum.com/restoring-your-multibithd-wallet-in-electrum/
It appears they went out of business a good few years back; development stopped in 2017.

On July 26, 2017, development was stopped without advance notice, due to the amount of work needed to fix bugs and keep up with Bitcoin developments.

They had some guides to move funds to Electrum, but it's been so many years that they've been delisted by now.

Check though the threads here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=99.40
There were a bunch of discussions & possible solutions. You will may have to dig though a bunch of them to get one to work for you. No idea why, it should be a regular BIP 39 but there were a lot of people that it did not work for.

Those are encrypted.

Do you still have access to your Multibit wallet?

If you do, make a new unencrypted private key export file by not ticking "password protect export file" when exporting the keys.
If you do not have access to the wallet, you have to use other tools to decrypt it.

Example: BTCRecover has an export-script that accepts MultiBit's private key export file, but I haven't tested it.
Link: extract-multibit-privkey.py - from: github.com/3rdIteration/btcrecover/tree/master/extract-scripts

HCP also has a post with steps to decrypt encrypted PrvKeys export file: /index.php?topic=5304446.msg55964982#msg55964982

Get your private keys using this: https://iancoleman.io/bip39/ if you have the mnemonic code, for security purpose download the page and use it offline.

You can import your private keys to electrum, jaxx, atomic etc.
