I'm in the market for stable mining rigs.  I'm willing to pay $.50 per Kh/s and the must be r9 290 or better.

Edit:  This price is for the entire rig - not just cards

So you want 4x 290s (1600$) + psu (another 300$) + cpu/mobo/ram/HD (300$) for 1600$?

I can do 2000$ for that, but not 1600$...
