2) Have a genuine interest in developing online games and being a part of an online gaming company.
3) Has the appropriate skills, which are;
  a) c++, javascript and php.
  b) * 2d/3d media authoring (e.g. GIMP & Blender).
  c) * Has an understanding of WebGL (three.js) and WebSockets.

* desirable but not essential

Applicants should be aware that until Coinalot.net is generating enough
profit to pay its workers, payment will be in form of shares in the
company.

We are looking forward to talking to you.

The Coinalot.net Team.

No sane developer who is worth his salt will even think two seconds about working for free just on the promise of possible reward in case of success.

So called "entrepreneurs" who try adopting the this very model exist like sand on a beach. Everyone has the next great idea and the only thing they need is a developer stupid enough to work their ass off for free in return for shares or some other form of success dependent payment.

You want a developer work for you? Start paying money!

You don't wanna pay a developer? Code it yourself!

An option to get paid in bitcoin may inspire many people, even if it is a small amount  Smiley

We are coding it ourselves, it's already about 3/4 complete.

I can maybe help you with the PHP part, but I am a bit rusty with it, because I took a break not so long ago.
