The sp500 was pulled from the bear market yesterday in the last 2 hours of trading. Othervise it would close weekly candles 20% below ATH which would confirm that we entered bear market. Its very risky moment for investing. especially in crypto. All projects, no matter if good or bad, can dump another 80-90%. Is it good time for long term investments? I guess not because even good projects can not recover in 2025-2027 bubble because in next 5 years new, better technology can be developed.

And I think that If we are about to see 1-3 years of bear market its not like 5% of altcoins get to new ATH. There are 18 000 coins and i think that only ~3-5 are quite good. 5-20 are interresting. Rest of them are shitcoins. So we are talking about 0.1% not 5%.

I think that was a brave way to invest your money in this type of project during the dump I don't usually buy some altcoins that doesn't have that good project I usually buy alt coins that is good since even if there is a dump there is no way that it wouldn't recover as their project is a good one not like the one that was shilled all over the internet just to pump and after a dump it usually don't go back to its original price or trend.

like this, are the stable coins you mentioned all valuable and have double security like usdt? what if a stable coin like (ust) is a stable currency that is teraformed or the token that has just gone viral is the Luna token. I prefer and don't sacrifice bitcoin even though I also have stable coins to rise (cutloss) either usdt or digital currency .for fun at the base when the chat is not held back. what is the reason you don't sacrifice your friend's bitcoin? is your mainstay coin stable?

I totally agree with you. I have come to the crypto market pretty late and therefore sadly i am not owning a good bag of BTC or ETH like many of the early investors do and usually i also don't want to invest into projects like BTC and ETH because i just don't like the fact that i would buy BTC for 50k USD per coin or ETH for 4000 USD per coin while others have bought them for 10$ per coin a few years ago.
A long and hard bear market is always bad of course in general but it also offers the opportunity to invest into one of those projects that are usually so extremely expensive already. I mean you will probably never get ETH for below 100$ again but 1900$ is definitely a better entry point than 4000$.

Should choose Bitcoin or we can add Ethereum to the portfolio. During the bear market, all altcoins have dropped a lot in price and can be seen as a cheap buying opportunity but there is no guarantee that they will rise again after the bear market is over. There are only a few that do that and choosing those altcoins at the moment is really hard.

The safest way to invest during a bear market is to invest in hype projects, currently Move-to-Earn is becoming hype in the crypto market. It started when the STEPN (GMT) suddenly skyrocketed in price. There will be a lot of people who will add to the market cap in the current M2E hype.

But instead of having to find and research new projects, I personally prefer to invest in top CMC projects, Ethereum for example.

I've experience past bear market and I learned to take profit for projects especially on projects that a long way to go or project that just started during the bull market. I sold some altcoins on my porfolio so I have funds to buy some tokens in the bottom. I've holding some tokens that I have my trust on like eth, matic, sol etc.. I also stored most of my tokens for long term holding on my hardware wallet for better security.

There are still lots of them. The tokens that didn't die in 2018 are still pumping during the 2021 bull market. They didn't surpassed the ATH but yep they are still in the market. I rarely see an update of it but there are still shillers of those tokens.

I really wish I knew in advance that a project can be a good project from the start like Decentraland (MANA) when its price was still 0.01USD in 2017, I could have bought a lot of it. MANA I think will be fine after this bear market.

When market still bear very hard to research about which one coins have to buy and invest, I don't find top potential altcoin keep profitable when market still bearish. Maybe waiting if bitcoin have bullish and reach higher price very nice for researching about which one top altcoin to buy and hold, but if bitcoin can't reach higher price not any chance for getting profit although with few percent only because less consistent getting coins can reach higher price.

Fall of the market is the good time to buy the tokens of new and prospective products for the best price. But not all the projects will be able to survive during the fall of the market.
