This sounds like a high roller that's disappointed with the changes in bonuses and perks of high level accounts. There is no real case here. You can't just impose what you want and call them a scam when it's not given to you. Promotions vary from one casino to another and it's within their right to change it from time to time. Just leave that casino if you're not satisfied and just play again when they offer more attractive campaigns.

I think playing on a casino is a personal choice and cannot be enforced on individual, though there are many instances whereby you can refer a player and you get the entitled bonuses thereof, this is now their choice to state a directive path through which those bonuses can go through, if you're not inline with a casino gambling site and their operations protocols then its a better decisions to check out for another reliable one, and as suggested if you're giving an accusation then it's better done on the appropriate board.

Most at times you maybe probably don't read some basic principles which occurs that you going against their rules. For your post to be authentically proven then you can make some screenshots to show all things were the same as you are saying. I have never had any bad records against them so if you think your accusations are strongly agreed then I will suggest you to move this topic to scam and reputation board. I think you just came across a technique that gambling sites constantly use. This is a constant desire to change the rules for calculating bonuses, constant new promotions and offers, and similar methods of retaining and attracting customers. Some sites do this more often than others. But they all do. Apparently you got to a site where it happens all of a sudden and a lot of things change at once.
But it should be borne in mind that the casino usually does not violate the general rules so that you can argue with them through the courts. The nuances are necessarily reflected in the general rules, which no one actually reads. Because it is such a long and boring text written by lawyers.
But in any case, everyone who read your first post will be more careful about this casino.

Yeah stake is a good option when it come to bonuses but then you don't need to get pissed off by bistler's withdrawal of their previous bonus system as that fall within their right, and I think if you read their T&C you will discover that they're stated clearly that the casino admin/team have the sole right to make changes at any given time. So I just advise you to move on and stop creating a mountain out of a molehill.

In this screenshots i see only that they asking KYC. And in the ToS there is: "14.4. BITSLER reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a user."
So $30k is enough big money to check as i think, and i don`t see a problem with this. When you joined Bitsler you agreed with it, that`s why they can do it any moment that they want. Why you didn`t create that thread when you agreed with it? May be you even didn`t read it?

I've been in the forum for a long time and I've been playing in Bitsler since from the start and I don't see any serious accusations against them and I can vouch that Bitsler is a trusted site. Not because they change somethings in their system like lowering the rewards or so, does it mean that they are scam and I don't see a problem if they lower their bonuses. Was it not allowed, I think that was their site and they can change it or remove it anytime they would like to.
