Again, we are happy to see that the OP has stated that the issue has been resolved.
I finally got my money back.
However, as the OP has never provided the account details or any evidence, we didn't have the chance to investigate, or to verify whether the problem described here was real. In fact, we have just completed an internal review of all our live support chats over the past 10 days, and we haven't been able to find a chat matching the OP's description:
They don't give any explanation to my questions.
There were even some cases where they turned the live chat off on my face .
Therefore, we must respectfully dispute any false accusation that has no factual basis.
We are forever grateful for the community's support, and will always remain committed to constructive and meaningful communication here.
