Be very careful. This seems shady.

If I may add also, they are using the LUNA word in their name. Why not create a new name and not use the popular project that recently crashed? Are they taking advantage of the negative publicity of LUNA today? After all, bad publicity is still a publicity. A simple search in coingecko or cmc would come up that another project is already using LRC. So they will have a problem in terms of exchange listing. But that is, if they can even be listed in decent exchanges. So yes, be very cautious on this project.
