Issue in Binance P2P (disabled)

The other day, one of my friend who is new at crypto, faced this issue at binance where he was unable to buy crypto and this functionality was disabled. He used to buy sell USDT from binance previously (he is not a merchant), but currently, he is facing this issue. He has no clue why this message appears and what the solution for this is. Anyone, please advise on it so I may pass on the solution to him.

Clearly shows that you do need to contact customer service yet they are the only ones who could resolved such issue or problem.So far as a binance user for a long time, i havent experienced such thing

thats why i dont have any idea but since this do involved buy and sell then this would really be connected to P2P i guess.He might able to trigger out something which make their security do able
to act and such prohibition or restriction was applied. So there's no other solution but to contact them.

It's a common problem according to some users on Reddit. The best thing to do is to contact customer support, they will fix it for you, though the reason for the disabling of trades is still unknown. Maybe it's an automatic security measure to safeguard you from losing funds.

The solution is already mentioned in the screenshot and that is to contact customer support. I don't think there is anything to worry about unless and until your friend did any serious violation of the rules.

The most common reasons to this issues is when more than 1 trader might have probably reported his trade, either as a buyer he always make incomplete payment or always request for buyer to release crypto first before he make payment.
If the person is very sure that he/she has not committed any crime which will result to this. The person can use the Binance chat support option, and the issue will be discussed and resolved in minutes.

IIRC, the operation is at risk message is happening because you are using a card that doesn't have the same bank account name as the KYC'ed account. Since you should probably have told your friend to directly contact the customer service, you might want to ask your friend whether he is wrongly using a different card or maybe using a different IP than usual which might flag the system.

Most likely he either used a not saved bank on the binance setting or his trade already been executed. Ive got a friend whom have same issues and when he checked out he change his bank or transaction record and when he do it again he said due to that.

But best thing is contact the customer service might have some errors or problems which isnt same on some users.

being a merchant on binance I face very irritating behavior by the new users specially in pkr they just mark the order as paid without paying to seller so maybe in this he continuously do that some sellers report him so binance team disable p2p on his account for temporary he needs to contact support team to resolve the issue.

So, you mean to say that OP has marked the orders as completed without actually transferring the money and therefore his P2P binance account is disabled?
Usually if one party tries to cheat, binance will take the proof from other party and resolve the dispute. For example, if he has not released the money, the bitcoin or USDT in escrow would not have released so there is no point cheating in binance P2P.

I think support will be more irritated to read your complaint.

Usually if one party tries to cheat, binance will take the proof from other party and resolve the dispute. For example, if he has not released the money, the bitcoin or USDT in escrow would not have released so there is no point cheating in binance P2P.

There are 2 options
1. Reporting the account to the customer support
2. Opening a dispute

Reporting the account to the customer support does not automatically lead to opening of a dispute, and they even warn before one makes a report, that, if they maliciously do it, they could face the consequences. I don't think the warning is a result of someone or group of people reporting the OP's account, though.

First of all i am not a new user at Binance and neither i mark the payment as completed without paying the amount. So you don't need to assume things that did not happen.

Yes i contacted the support and they told me that there was one order in the past when the buyer had sent me more money and i need to return it. I told them that I already had returned the money. They confirmed from the buyer that the issue was resolved and now I can do the P2P trading without any issues.  I guess someone bumped this old thread, anyways thanks for your advice.
