I think op is already watching the replies from us but still think our questions or contributions deserves no reply. That's too weak for me though, how I hope he can clarify what he meant by "Lieutenant General probability will not change!."

In my very opinion, someone from the future need not go through all of these rigorous processes to you made here to know the present. Cause just as the word implies future, such a person ought have a clue of every outcome of the game.

Though am impressed with your future scheme but am ain't yet convinced and I suggest you put up images to back up your claims but unfortunately, your rank is an impediment for you to be able to do that.
On the other hand if you can fund me the money to use in testing this or even give me a  winning tip from the future and it paid at the end of the day, I don't mind giving you 70% of the winning and take 30%. There then I can start putting my own capital .
