You should post services section then you will find out more people even if your project make trustful then good welcome. Anyway you can take developer here of your project but not like devs. If your project is newcomer then you should manage very strong community. All answer in service section so go and make a topic about your issue.

Your product is ready for sale and this is a marketing side so you need a section where you can attract interested and experienced people on the aspect you are looking for. However you should be ready to fund your project at least at this early stage before you can look for partnership. People won't want to invest or partner in what they have not seen the possibility, so source for your fund and take your thread to service board

So basically what you're asking here is people or solo individual to dash out funds or what? If your answer to that is yes then I guess you're totally in the wrong room. This isn't a charity bro, investors and community to drive-up your project are the best you can get here.
