BNB or ETH ?

I choose both, actually I keep both in my wallet right now. But if I had only one option, my choice would be ethereum. Bnb is much more central, but the same cannot be said for ethereum. When the pos system comes, it will be much more efficient and there will be more participation in the network as gas prices will decrease. In short, both are valid.

Depending if I have much capital for trading I will choose both between ETH and BNB because potential coin and faster growing up every day, no doubt with BNB and ETH always reach up price about 5% until 7% in daily day. I think scalping both coin always profitable where BNB today reach above $20 from lower price on $303 and higher price today until $320 above. The same with ETH always have reach higher price every day and worth if have much capital and use trade with short term keep profitable when trading on  BNB and ETH coins.

These blockchains are very popular, so there is no doubt about the long-term growth, but if you still have a tough choice between these two projects, I would choose ETH. both are solid platforms. so better get a hold of those 2 rather than those hyped up tokens. their use case have been tested by time and the team behind these 2 are rock solid, imo. i dont think they will crash without a warning, if in case the team decides to get out of crypto market.
i would rather stake my funds here rather than these defi tokens with short lifespan. but everyone has their own take how he will invest his funds. so be smart.

For myself, I prefer Binance.coin or BNB for long-term investments because they have good quality, a strong community and I am sure that Binance coin will be able to compete with ETH in the future.

You can think that BNB will overtake ETH in the near future but i don’t want to predict that at early because you know ETH is the biggest community in crypto if you will consider after BTC. BNB network is quite popular in very short time because of their lowest transaction fees. BNB will compete ETH but it will not be easy, but we don’t know what will happen in the future  in crypto it’s unpredictable.

Ethereum and binance coins are almost the same because their both have similar markets and also the market movement is almost in the same direction, but if am to make a choice then I will choose BNB over ethereum. Because the Binance chain has low transaction fees compared to the ethereum network, that single reason I will choose the binance coin.

That is a good choice because indeed BNB has a good bright future ahead and investing in it could really give you a competitive return. Though the market is still recovering, I have no doubts that it will eventually recover and can compete with ETH. Just be patient while holding it!

However, the OP looks like having a hard time choosing between ETH and BTC. I would gladly recommend both since he didn't mention any capital but I assume that he/she is not having a problem with the funds. Both ETH and BTC are good for long-term holding and the market is still growing up to now, in fact, these two coins mentioned by the OP is the top 2 cryptocurrencies of all time.

If its about ultimate choice of course that is none other than bitcoin but in reality we can set our own rules and we can choose to pick more than one coin. The more the merrier as they said so I can also pick eth as one of the coins to build a solid portfolio but what about bnb? Don't worry just yet because I will also consider this one. Bnb was not a shitcoins or anything so why not?

This coin has a potential to grow more in the future not because it was associated with binance but it simply have the utility and features to help him achieve that. There are some coins too with no big connection but have the same potential as bnb. I also have them on my bag.

These projects simply have very powerful fundamentals and huge developed exosystems, but they also have their own vulnerabilities. For example, ETH has a risk of hardfork after migration to PoS, because it is too controversial update in network, that puts at risk big investments in equipment, and BNB has some dependence from Binance, if something like that happens with MtGox, then it will affect all ecosystem of Binance, there will be a big crypto collapse (I think so).

And DeFi tokens, they are good for medium-term investments, because many projects have weak fundamentals and are very vulnerable to exploits. Almost every day some protocol gets hacked.

My final choice is coins. Ethereum BNB has made two very popular.However, now that there is an Ethereum platform, the Binance smart platform has become more popular.Ethereum has lagged far behind due to the huge increase in transactions on the Ethereum platform.

If your only aim is to make money then I think both are good options to be held for the long term, however personally I am not the biggest fan of either coin, BNB is completely centralized and in a market that is supposed to be for decentralized currencies this is a flaw that I cannot ignore, and when it comes to ETH the move from POW to POS is not something I approve either, so I would personally pick bitcoin over those two altcoins any day.

It is a good investment strategy to diversify your portfolio. Rather than having only BNB or ETH in your portfolio, it is better if you own both of them.
It is even better if you also have Bitcoin in your portfolio too. I mean Bitcoin, Ethereum and BNB are most important cryptocurrencies you should have in your portfolio.

For others, you can choose FTT from FTX exchange, KCS from Kucoin exchanges because so far they are good exchanges and they have been tested enough by the market. In next bull run, their exchange tokens will grow well that is good for your portfolio.

I agree with you and if we can choose both coins why should we choose one,
because after all Ethereum and BNB are the top altcoins and there is no need to doubt about either of them,
for some people coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and BNB are a must-have in the portfolio
