The only way to secure your funds is to convert them to stable coin. 

It's too late for OP to convert them to stable coin. The best way now is to hold on and wait for a bull market to return. the coins that OP is holding are mostly new coins, low cap is really risky for you, best you keep holding and stop pouring money into them even though the price is already 90% cheaper than the price you purchased initially. Focus on bitcoin and ethereum for now instead of low cap coins, it just exposes you to more risk.

Woo network is the only coin I can buy from your list in the bear market. It has a good team, community and use  cases. It is also listed on binance and other top exchanges. I found  some VCs so much interested  in the project and have invested  over the past years. However I don't rule out over 95 % loss in value

If this is the result of most altcoins I'd rather invest it in Bitcoin because if you are in this market long before these altcoins are in the list of exchanges you would know what are they good at. Is it 90% of drop not enough to tell that most of these coins won't pump back like 50% or more and that's what I saw most of these pump and dump altcoins. Choose your investment wisely or you will suffer from it in the long run. Invest only on a coin that has some good history, it's not worthy to risk too much of a coins that hasn't had any history of how it works you are like betting on a lottery here if you did that.

Of course, if a coin or token drops by more than 95 percent, the latest example is the LUNA case where the value per coin drops by more than 99 percent, usually coins that fall more than 95 percent are likely to be scams.

Its uncertain on how low the price can go during bearish trend. Those coins who pumped like crazy during bullrun because of hype can go lower like you can never imagine especially if this particular coin has no real use case to be sustainable. It might turn to shitcoin and be delisted in exchanges.

So if you already experience mistakes from the past, dont let yourself repeat the same mistakes again. Have your own research and analysis to know what coins can be worthy to buy even the price experience a huge drop.

Be careful. Not all cheap is worth buying, even if they already dropped a huge percentage, you still can't guarantee, even how it will drop, but it will still drop.
That is what I notice on other low market cap altcoins, the percentage of the dump is much higher than a pump, ending, they losing too much even if the market recovers.

I never knew about those coin listed but I will tell you if they both loses 90% to 98% from their ATH then it is the best time to acquire some of it, but it should depends on the project you are investing on some projects did lose their percentage but never gets back their feets unlike most 2017 project never came back again and were mostly delisted from CMC and exchange due to some reasons and demand, requirements.
Always study the project and connect to their media handles to get regular updates before making investments.

I think Theta, 0x, and Woo Network can be good options from those lists, but you should search for the other info about all of those projects. Besides those lists, I hope you can invest in bitcoin and use it as your main investment and not just focus on the altcoins. You do a good thing by investing in those lists, and you can continue doing that if the price is down. But be careful because no guarantee to see the price will start to increase in the short term, so you should have a backup plan for the investment.

Why these though? Like half of them are things I haven't heard of, and the other half are old stuff that never really took off or went down enough that they are basically dead. Why these? What happened to bitcoin, ethereum, bnb, avax, etc etc, those are big name stuff that you could buy and hold and make profit. Why look for these that will not make you any profit at all?

Those are good. If you are feeling good with it and then just do it. I know that the sentiment in the market was so bad. bitcoin is pumping and dumping anytime. The global market has been pushing crypto to go even lower than before. You shall need to buy at the various price. It's better if you think to decrease your risk.

Seeking for 95% drop is too greed to invest for mate so forget about your plan on that instead invest when you felt like the market is completely down and in any chances will grow after.

Depending on the circumstance why it loses 80-90% of its worth. For example, looks at LUNA losing 99% of its worth, going from $100 to just less than $0.00001 because of the massive amount of newly minted coins in the circulating supply. So when you look at the coins you have listed above, try to see why they are losing their worth. If it was from something similar to Luna'case, you won't see it recover from 80-90% mark to make sure you check them out before doing risky investments like that.

Hard to recommend right now, all altcoins are down 80% so this could be a buying opportunity at an all-time low but there's also a chance it will never bounce back. As we all know not all projects will bounce back after the bear market is over. It's up to you to decide because you're the one holding them.

Anyway I know some of the coins that you have listed like theta, mina and 0x. You can still try investing on those coins and hope that they recover and pumped once the market returns to normal but for the rest on your list, I will stay away from them or if you know them personally, you can try investing smaller amounts on them, just in case they didn't go well.

I think the case of luna is different because it drops almost 100 percent and cases like that are pretty alarming already. The delisting of this coin in many exchanges is also a clear sign that the coin is now shady and will be very risky to invest in.
