I don't think you will get any worker with "weekly" payment.
There's no guarantee that you are going to pay. Either escrow the promised amount or change it to daily pay.

Please be wary before working with OP. Their "Brand new" status adds to my suspicion.

Edit: OP has agreed on daily payment for the first few weeks.

I would suggest editing your original post to "daily" pay and I will edit my response as well.

If this is just an offpage SEO linkbuilding. I would  be glad to work for the project. Although I'm able to operate cpanel and wordpress, I'm no coder for your SEO unless you  just need to use plugins for it. That's a more simplistic way to mange its offpage SEO.

Are you going to used the upwork tracker for the hours of work? Let me know if this is sufficient and I can work for you.

given that OP is a newbie, and that it certainly has certain limitations when it comes to sending PM, maybe he really should write a little more detail about the job itself. "fast worker", "internet connection", "computer"... not very clear guidelines for the required conditions.
this way of job offers does not seem very attractive, promises that there will be a lot of misunderstandings and ambiguities in further work.

Op is going to pay via bitcoin so there is no chance to work with upwork tracker as that is worked for upwork hourly projects only as further as I know. I think op will allow work on his/her computer remotely or have to allow online time tracker like worksnaps to track the time of working for the project.
