Looking for dedicated telegram team

I will be launching in few weeks, i could do with some Telegram team, few people who knows the business and how to handle busy launch and keep chat clean.
It will require answering all questions, warning/banning/dealing with fudders, spammers, etc. Creating promotional posts , keeping hype going.
