I have a 3080 graphic card that wont displayed on the monitor, I tried few Hdmi cables like 2.1 and the old HDMI but no display still, the funny thing is I can get display straight from fhs the motherboard only or if I insert a older GPU like 1060 I get a display, what should I look into next.

In the BIOS of the motherboard there is an option Graphic Adapter Priority, where you can select the GPU priority - built-in or discrete GPU. You may have an old motherboard that does not recognize the new RTX 3000 series graphics cards.

Looks like your current motherboard is too old, what type of motherboard you using? I have seen whereby my RTX 3070 ti won't display on a second-generation gigabyte motherboard and I updated its bios then it works, maybe you can try the same thing out first.
