The concept behind the 30daysofcoins AltCoin makes it more attractive to miners than others, it starts low in block-payouts, and rises everyday, so the miners will not just instamine and leave after a couple of days like most other AltCoins, they will be there for a minimum of 30days since the block-value is rising.

after the 30days it will be harder to get coins, blockvalue goes down to initial, and the coin has established a value on the exchange, and will just keep rising. (less coins from mining, value rise on exchange)

We want to make a serious approach on this coin, thats why we don’t have an ipo, nor a pre-mine. miners wants a fair-launch.

Yes.....it would make sense to start mining on the 20th onwards for 10 days to get better rewards.

Not really, nSubsidy checks nHeight, and if we are not above 1440 blocks it will still be 1024 coins rewarded every block. (so its not coded on dates)
