In my honest opinion on the Neodice game, in my experience of trying to create an account on this platform to see what is in this game, I saw that it is very different from other dice games in crypto gambling. With the game itself

- First, it is better to increase the size of the game monitor so the player's perspective gets reaches wider so they enjoy playing the game still there's a background visible but still not too fitted or small.

- In demo mode, the maximum attempt to play the game is 13, for me as a player of dice, for example, is a newbie in this game it is good if before prompting the demo make them at least 15-20 tries or until their balance becomes 0 because they keep exploring the game. After that the message prompt for encouragement to play.

- Hotkeys it is good that the increase and decrease of the wager are on the left side like Q for the increase and W for the decrease, and Max bet for the E and Min bet for R, not all the time players are making an all in wage to the game so more accessible if the Increase and Decrease are the ones easily get noticed.

Looking at the big time difference between your 1st and 2nd deposit, seems that they do manual process for the deposit to be credited into user's account.
If it is true, they should change the deposit system to automatic system based on confirmation.
Otherwise it can be long waiting if there is no active admin/support around.

About the possibility of a configuration, I highly doubt that. Even the company outlines a means of verification on its site and one can clearly verify for fairness. I've rolled some dice myself and my win ratio is up. I'll give you a screenshot from my last session as proof.
