Many newbies trying to withdraw and seems that most of them need to wait for several days before neodice process the withdrawal.
However after reading the last post above, it seems that the long waiting withdrawal is a special case because maybe most above newbies are trying to withdraw what they win from bonus without deposit.
It is normal as maybe there are many other withdrawal requests from users recently and most of withdrawal came from players without deposit.
That's why neodice need more time to do security check for each withdrawal  request in order to avoid abuse.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Its just kinda wierd thing to do after you run a promotion to attract new players , maybe they overestimated their no deposit promotion cost?

Neodice is offering 'no deposit bonus' to the new users with some wagering requirements. Seems like it has attracted a lot of user and there is a good number of abusers who is trying to take the benefits of this 'no deposit bonus' by creating multiple accounts. Therefore, the withdrawal delays is connected with the bonus abuse. I have played there with deposits and my withdrawal was processed in less than 30 minutes (two months ago).

I'm not sure that everything is fine... I think you made a big mess, you didn't just decline all withdrawals, you doubled our balances.



How can my "lock profit" be higher than my "amount"... and ok, you took back the "bonus" you gave (at least I thought it was some automatic bonus that comes with wagering requirements), but the "wagering requirements" are almost the same, with and without this "bonus". I am really not sure what you are doing exactly. Anyway, I am stuck on 0.0006029 BTC wagered and it's not moving at all... my stats say different:

Edit: Well, bonus wagering is working, like many others, I was looking at the first amount, not the second one. It's presented like that: "Wager bonus
0.0006029 BTC / 0.0141521 BTC". Usually, we see the amount we need to wager and our progress, displayed in currency and percentages. I guess support could clear this up for many of us... I also asked support what this first amount represents, but still without any answers.

I have mentioned this already. There is a $20 minimum requirement for withrdrawals. I reckon if much of these new players have been playing the faucets and much of their coins withdrawn are from the faucets, there might be an argument for abuse. How difficult would it be for 10 people to create 10 different accounts and abuse the site? I am quite certain it will not be very difficult.

sorry for my "inactivity" for a while - at least with regard to bitcointalk.

I personally emailed the Neodice management, asking to take another look at all of these issues and I really hope that they will succeed - or else, this would be the typical start of a new site creating a complete mess and pretty much destroying their hard work just like that.

For what it is worth, as with any no-deposit promo (especially in crypto), the abuse is unreal - on the other hand, you need to be prepared for that while it is also not an excuse for horrible customer support. I can tell that many legit users have been taking part in this promo as well - not only will this whole "mess" result in the legit people being totally pissed and perhaps rightfully talking about a scam, they would obviously not ever deposit any of their own money.

Let`s see, crossing my fingers for the problems to be taken care of asap.
